Note: The following self-forgiveness is an expansion of those that I posted on my Chinese blog on October 16, 2009.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to judge my family as fucked up systems and that i'd better get away from them so that i do not get influenced.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to perceive/believe that I am not fucked up systems through comparing myself with my family and form opinions about my family and about myself.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that I am equally fucked up as everyone else in this world and that I am no better than others in this process.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to perceive myself to be superior to my family.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from my family through judging them as less than me.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to present myself as the teacher and savior of my family because I am apparently superior/better than/more than them.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to fear to be influenced by my family.
I forgive myself that I have acceptedand allowed myself to connect being influenced by my family to fear - and thus I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear my own fear.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that I can only be influenced by external influences unless I give them permission - thus my responsibility.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to regard my family as disgusted systems and that i'd better keep myself away from them.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want to escape from my family instead of realizing that this process is not about keeping my family away from me (neither is it about continuing those family bullshits) - that will not assist and support me or my family or anyone.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that family can be of great support in this process of facing myself and seeing/realizing what I have accepted and allowed myself to be and become - it is about the starting point of what I do.
I forgive myself that i have not allowed myself to realize that my family is one and equal with me as me, and that it is separation to judge my family for who they are currently.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge people for who they are currently in their process.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from my family through judging them for who they are currently in their process.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to perceive/believe that i should present myself as being harsh/cruel/ruthless in order to present myself as being self-honest, instead of realing that being harsh/cruel/ruthless should not be the starting point or the purpose of my action, but that the starting point should be of equality and oneness - standing one and equal with my family, assisting and supporting them as who they really are equal as me.
I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to accept my family as my equals.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to perceive/believe that I am justified to just leave my family as what they are without taking actions - instead of realizing that within such an acceptance, I have also given permission to myself to be left to be who I am without assitance and support.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to give permission to leave my family as who they accept and allow them to be without taking action.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to perceive/believe that my family will not hear me anyway so i will not bother to communicate or do something about it.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to make the assumption that my family will not hear me anyway thus cutting off the communication with my family.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to seclude myself from my family - defining such an act as of sel-honesty.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to fear to experience the apparent argument/conflict if i challenge my family's self-definitions and shake them up because what i say they would not like to hear.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to connect argument/conflict to fear - and thus I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear my own fear.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that it is not about my family - it is about who I am within my family - what I have accepted and allowed myself and my family to be and become.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to place the starting point of my participation within my family to my family in separation of myself - instead of realizing that it is about who I am.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to give permission to my family's self-dishonesties without taking action because i have accepted that they won't hear me anyway and what i have to say is unpleasent and may offend them so i'd better leave them alone.
I forgive myself that i have accpeted and allowed myself to give permission to self-dishonesties within other beings instead of realizing that by doing this i have given permission to self-dishonesties to exist/continue within me.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear that I may offend my family.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to connect offending my family to fear - and thus I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear my own fear.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that not fearing to offend others does not mean that I have to deliberately offend others in order to prove that I do not fear offending them - offending others should not become the starting point of my participation with others because then my starting point would be of separation from myself - towards others. If what is necessary to be said then it is simply said - not allowing myself to hold myself back out of fear that I may offend them.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to react to my family's reactions towards me, feeling frustrated/threatened by them and fearing to experience such reactions again.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate in the emotion of frustrattion/being threatened when my family react to my words.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe the emotional reaction of frustration/being threatened is who I am.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to give into reactions instead of reazlizing i was giving my power away to reactions to control/enslave me.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be directed by energetic emotional reaction - instead of me directing myself.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to fear to experience reactions to my family's reactions.
I forgive myself that I have accpeted and allowed myself to connect reacting to my family's reactions to fear and thus I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear my own fear.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to perceive/believe i should not bother to challenge my family's dishonesties but give permission to them to continue, so that i won't offend them and then we are all OK - instead of realizing that this is how we are supporting each others personalities of the mind existing in self-dishonesty.
I forgive myself that i have accpeted and allowed myself to perceive/believe that i should avoid offending other beings and avoid conflicts in all situations instead of realizing that I am actually avoiding to face my own fear. -- However, it does not mean that I have to deliberately create situations of unnecessary conflicts.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to react in guilt and sadness that i offended my family.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate in the emotion of guilt and sadness.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to perceive/believe that I am required to go into guilt and sadness for having offended my family because apparently I have broken their hearts.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be conditioned by moraltiy as how I should behave within the family situation where I apparently broken my family's heart.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to fall for the manipulation of the minds' protection/defense mechanisms from my family.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to blame my family for my experience of falling for the manipulation of the mind instead of realizing that I am responsible for how I experienced myself emotionally/energetically.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that it is not of a self-honest starting point to deliberately get invovled in arguments with my father to feed each other's ego.
I forgive myself that i have not allowed myself to realize that my family's reactions to me and my reactions to them are all protection/defense mechanisms of the mind.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to judge myself and get angry for falling for the manipulation of the mind's protection/defense mechanisms.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to blame my family to manipulate me - instead of realizing that I am responsible for accepting allowing myself to be manipulated by my own mind.
I forgive myself that i have not allowed myself to risk everything to do whatever needs to be done to chanllege all self-dishonesties/illusions no matter what.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to fear risking my self-definition as a good/nice person/son/brother.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to protect my own self-definitions/illusions/self-dishonesties through fear.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to perceive/believe that my father has his right to hold onto his beliefs, instead of realizing that by giving permission to my father the right to continue to exist as who he is I am also giving permission to myself the right to continue to exist as who I am of the mind - abusing who we all really are as Life. Unacceptable!
I will do whatever it takes and risk everything to not accept anyone less than who we all really are as Life as all as one as equal.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to perceive/believe that since i can not show love to my family, i must present myself as hate which is the polarity opposite of love.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to perceive/believe that I should not show love to my family instead of realizing that this sentence is indicating that I am still believing that love is something that is able to be presented to my family in some way.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that if love is required to be shown to someone/something, it implies love is not real in fact as who we are but that the opposite actually exist in order for love to exist.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from the word love and hate through defining them in my family in separation of myself.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to connect the word love to my mother.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from the word love and from my mother through defining the word love within my mother in separation of myself.
I forgive myself that i Have accepted and allowed myself to connec the word hate to my father.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from the word hate and from my father through defining the word father within the word hate in separation of myself.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to hold onto resentment/blame/anger/hatred towards my family, wanting to separate myself from my family, not allowing myself to actually stand one and equal with my family as my family to assist and support them as me.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want to control my family and let them do what I want them to do.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to expect my family to do what I want them to do.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate in expectations.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want to force my family to do what I want them to do and who i want them to be.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to get angry that my family did not do what I expected/wanted them to do.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want to change my family the way I want them to be.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that I can not force others to change - my starting point would then be of separation.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize my starting point within this process must be who I am as self - not in separation of myself.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that it is not to force my family to change - but to change who I am and live the change as who I am within this process and assist and support those that i come to interaction with to change/transform themselves - but I can not force anyone to change and I can not change for anyone - each has to be willing to be self-willed equals to transform ourselves and this world as ourselves to bring heaven on earth.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to define myself according to and as expectations and anticipations.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to expect my family to change to the way I want them to be.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to give up my family within frustration that i can not change them because they did not do exactely what i expected them to do, and say "they'd better go fuck themselves" - instead of realizing that the starting point of forcing my family to change in the way I would them to be is fucked up in the first place - because then my focus point is not who I am but become all about my family.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to take responsibility for myself first, transforming/changing myself and live the self-transformation/self-change as a living example of change to assist and support my family to transform/change as themselves equl and one as myself.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate in the thought 'they'd beter go fuck themselves'.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to charge the thought 'they'd better go fuck themselves' with the emotional reaction of anger and spite.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate in anger and spite.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define myself according to and as anger and spite.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to feel guilty that i have participated in the thought 'they'd better go fuck themselves'.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate in the emotion of guilt.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge the thought 'they'd better go fuck themselves' as bad/wrong/negative.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from the thought 'they'd better go fuck themselves' through judging the thought as bad/wrong/negative.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to abandon my family by saying "they'd better go fuck themselves".
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to feel guilty for having the thought 'they'd better go fuck themselves' because I have regarded this thought as me abandoning my family.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge myself as bad/wrong for having the thought 'they'd better go fuck themselves' coming up into my mind - from a morality perspective.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to perceive/believe that I must 'care' for my family and by saying 'they'd better go fuck themselves' within my mind, I am not doing what I am supposed to do within the context of 'care' as a morality standard within family.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to feel that I have done something wrong because I had the thought of abandoning my family and that I am not caring my family enough.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be blinded/consumed by the family construct, disregarding the rest of the world.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that 'care' in the context of family construct is not real - because how can care exist if I do not care all equally but only care my own family?
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to expect my family to agree with me to accept my point and when it is not i get frustrated/disappointed and go into spitefulness.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate in expectation of myself to agree with me.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to expect my family to support my ego through agreeing with my opinion.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to feel frustrated/disappointed and go into spitefulness because my opinion was not supported.
I forgive myself that i have not allowed myself to realize the spitefulness towards my family is actually self-spite - me being spiteful to myself through my mind.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to participate in the backchat "go fuck yourselves and suffer for what you do" as spitefulness as a punishment to my family.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to participate in the backchat "You don't hear me. You will suffer."
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate in spite and nastiness for not being able to control my family and let them do what I want them to do.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to become spiteful and nasty for losing control.
I forgive that I have accepted and allowed myself to want my family to suffer because they did not want to hear me.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize the true nature of me as spite and nastiness revealed when my ego/mind/opinions/control is not supported.
I forgive myself that i have not allowed myself to realize that who they really are is one and equal with who i really am -- we are one and equl as Life -- no matter how deep they are trapped, i will not give them up as who they really are -- i will do whatever it takes until they stand up, take self-responsibility to honour who we all really are as Life -- yet the first step is to take responsibility for myself.
I will not accept myself to react to my family's reactions because of feeling offended, instead i see that their reactions indicate that they are trapped in the mind consciousness systems and that is the suffering of Life the suffering of who i really am. I can not just stop there, saying i will give you up -- you do whatever you want to do. No! That is unacceptable! Within the understanding of Life suffering, within the understanding of their pains and sufferings, within my pains and sufferings, i will not stop until the abuse of Life/the abuse of whowho we all really are stops! If I am in such situations, what do I really need? Practical assistance and support if I have walked through the same points.
Can you just react in spitefulness, resentment because you perceive that you have been offended/you feel bad? Can you just abandon/reject/give up them because of your personal feelings/because you perceive that they offended you? Why do you hold such a grip towards resentment/unforgiveness? Can you place Life over your own personal feelings and emotions? Or do you place your own personal feelings/emotions/reactions over Life? What will you do? What is the honour of Life? Ask yourself. What does risking everything mean? Do you hold onto your own good name/fame/defintions? Give up self-interest entirely/completely! Honour LIFE as who we really are no matter what!

Self-Forgiveness on Judgment of the System
Note: The following self-forgiveness is based on an article published on my Chinese blog on October 11, 2009, which I am now moving here to this English blog.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to judge the system as bad.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to charge the word system with a negative value.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from the system through judging the system as bad.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to fear the system.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to connect the system to fear - and thus I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear my own fear.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to abdicate self-responsibility - abdicating responsibility for what i have accepted and allowed myself to be and become as the system.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to judge nature, the animal kingdom, and the physical manifested universe as being bad/worthless/useless because we are currently in the system and from my idea/perception/belief that the system is bad, i was judging all and everything in this world as bad.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from nature, animal kingdom, the physical manifested universe through judging them as bad.
I forgive myself that i have not allowed myself to realize that what makes a difference is whether we are of the system or not, not whether we are in the system (actually everything is in the system).
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to judge nature/animal kingdon/the physical manifested universe merely because they are in the system instead of realizing that nature/animal kingdom/the physical manifested universe has stood up within oneness and equality, taking responsibility for what has been accepted and allowed, and that the only manifestation that has not yet stood up as Life as all as one as equal is human beings who are trapped in the mind consciousness systems which human beings have perceived/believed to be who we are.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to perceive/believe that since the whole physical universe is the manifestation of the mind consciousness system, the whole physical universe deserves to be destroyed.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to justify the destruction of the physical manifested universe.
I forgive myself that i have not allowed myself to realize my oneness and equality with nature/animal kingdom/the manifested physical universe, and i forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to take the manifested physical universe for granted.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to believe that destroying the world is a solution.
I forgive mself that i have accepted and allowed myself to be trapped by perceptions/ideas/beliefs based on the mind consciousness system.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to judge who i am one and equal with the manifestd physical universe simply because we are currently system manifestations.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to judge myself for me in the system instead of realizing that what makes a difference is whether i am of the system or not.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to desire to separate myself from what i have accepted and allowed myself to be and become as a mind consciousness system.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to take the unconditional assistance and support from nature/animal kingdom/the manifeseted physical universe for granted.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to disregard all and everything in this world, instead of realizing that i have disregarded myself as Life.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from Life as who i really am as all as one as equall as the living word as the sound harmonic expression.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to take myself for granted.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to judge animals to be stupid or dumb, perceiving myself to be superior/smart/intelligent, perceiving/believing that animals do not understand oneness and equality.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to justify killing/murdering animals. It is unacceptable!
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to exist in self-rightousness, superiority, and arrogance. Unacceptable!
Be in the system yet not of the system! Stand up, take self-responsibility, live who i really am as Life as all as one as equal as the living word as the sound harmonic expression.
No more judgment of nature/animal kingdom/the manifested physical universe!
No more separation from nature/animal kingdom/the manifested physical universe!
No more separation from that which stands as who i really am as Life as all as one as equal!
I am here assisting and supporting myself to be/live one and equal with nature/animal kingdom/the physical manifested universe!
I am here assisting and supporting myself as the breath of Life as Life as all as one as equal as the living word as the sound harmonic expression!

Self Forgiveness on Stagnation
Note: the following self forgiveness is an expansion on those published on my Chinese blog on October 03, 2009.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed to exist within and as stagnation because of self-doubt/self-uncertainty/self-distrust.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define mself according to and as stagnation.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to doubt/distrust myself all the time, thus existing in uncertainty of what I am doint or what I will do.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to exist in and as ambivalence.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate in the experience of ambivalence.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be directed by the experience of ambivalence and thus finding it difficult to make decisions - instead of directing myself within standing as the self-directive-principle.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to escape from situations which I find difficult to make a decision.
I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to realize that escaping from a situation is not going to solve the problem - instead the problem is merely accumulating due to ineffective direction.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I am not able to direct the situation that I am facing.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to feel less than what I am facing - instead of standing one and equal with it within the realization that I created such a situation and that I require to correct myself within giving direction to the situation and walk through the consequences that I manifested.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to abdicate self directive principle.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to preoccupy myself with things that I am able to handle while not giving myself 'time' to deal with those situations that I believe I cannot handle.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear what I am facing in my world.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to connect what I am facing in my world to fear - and thus I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed msyelf to fear my own fear.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I do not have power to direct my world and what I am facing.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to abdicate my power through abdicating my responsibility for what I have created and manifested as myself within my world.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to give my power away to beliefs within my mind to have power to control and direct me - instead of me directing myself.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that the reason the beliefs within myself have power to direct me is because I have believed these beliefs to be real and within that giving power and life to them.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe the beliefs within my mind to be real.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be mind-controlled by beliefs that I have believed to be real.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be held back by beliefs within my mind - istead of allowing myself to move beyond the limitations that I have created through the belief systems that I have believed to be real.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to prevent me from moving and expanding myself through fear--fear of fucking up, fear of doing the wrong thing, fear not being allowed to do this/that.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to connect fucking up to fear - and thus I forgive myself that i Have accepted and allowed myself to fear my own fear.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed msyelf to connect doing the wrong thing to fear - and thus I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear my own fear.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear being wrong.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to connect being wrong to fear - and thus I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear my own fear.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize the stupidity of being held back by fear - not allowing myself to go beyond the limitations that I have set up for myself due to fear.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to live as stagnation instead of allowing myself to move/expand.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed stagnation to become my accepted nature.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to perceive/believe stagnation to be normal/ordinary because I have become the self-defined nature of stagnation.
I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to move with the group together equal and one.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to hold onto fixations within my mind about myself - thus not allowing myself to move and expand.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to create an idea about being constant - perceiving believing that being constant means holding onto/maintaining a fixed idea about myself.
I forgive myself that I have accpeted and allowed myself to suppress my self-expression instead of allowing my self-expression to flow.
I forgive myself that i have not allowed myself to break through limitations/boundaries and express myself unconditionally.
I forgive myself that i have not allowed myself to express myself unconditionally.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from selff-expression_r.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to define myself as stagnation and live out my definition as stagnation, not allowing myself to move myself within self-trust and self-honesty.
I forgive myself that i have not allowed myself to trust myself within self-movement.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to perceive that i can not figure out why my left pinky and the rim of my left palm are numb.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to judge the manifestation of numbness within my left hand, instead of realizing that the manifested symptom is assisting and supporting me to realize what i am accepting and allowing within me which is not supporting who i really am as Life as all as one as equal.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to be reluctant to see and face the manifested symptom of numbness within my left hand, merely desiring that such manifestated symptoms go away without looking into how i have manifested it in the first place through my own participation in my mind consciousness system which is supporting my self-definition and not who i really am.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to desire that the diseases i experienced go away without questioning how i have manifeseted them in the first place, what they are showing to me and where i am not standing within oneness and equality.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to live out my self-definition as diseases and perceive them to be normal manifestations, not allowing myself to see what they are showing me for me to correct myself and align myself with oneness and equality as Life as all as one as equal.
I forgive myself that i have accetped and allowed myself to judge diseases, separating myself from diseases.
I forgive myself that i have not allowed me to trust me within self-trust and self-honesty.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to deliberately ignore the manifested disease and justify their manifestations to be normal/ordinary/random and that i am only in bad luck to get them.
I forgive myself to justify my self-dsihonesty as deliberate ignorance/blindness/forgetfulness.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to believe that i have free will/free choice to not see what i do not want to see, trapping myself into self-dishonesty that i do not want to see.
I forgive myself that i have not allowed myself to embrace myself unconditionally.
I forigive myself that i have accepted anda llowed myself to exist in judgement/denial/resistance, separating myself from what i have accepted and allowed myself to be and become.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to judge the self-honesties that i have accepted and allowed myself to be and become, not allowing myself to embrace myself unconditionally--embrace all and everything that i have accepted and allowed myself to become.
I forgive myself that i have not allowed myself to realize that separating myself from my self-dishonesty with judgement/denial/resistance is preventing me from seeing what i have accetped and allowed myself to be and become and thus preventing me from transforming myself, expanding myself and moving myself but keeping me within stagnation.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to fear what i have accepted and allowed myself to become instead of realizing that fear itself is a program that prevents me from moving/transforming myself within self-honesty and thus keeping me blind with the self-dishonesty.
I forigive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to perceive that i have the right/free will/free choice to not look into the self-dishonesty that ihave accepted and allowed myself to be and become because i do not feel like facing them.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to use the justifications/excuses/reasons to justify why i do not stand up and make a definitive intervention of what i am accepting and allowing within me which does not serve who i really am as Life as all as one as equal.
I forgive myself that i have not allowed myself to realize that i have deliberately deceived/manipulated myself to not see the actual truth of me as the nature/beingness of me as what i have accepted and allowed myself to become which is self-honesty and not a good picture.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to be reluctant to the truth of who i have accepted and allowed myself to become.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed to use Free Will/Free Choice as excuses/justifications/reasons to keep me in stagnation within selff-dishonesty.
Till Here No Further!!!
I stop myself as the programs that i have accepted and allowed myself to be and become.
I stop self-doubt and self-distrust. I stop inferiority. I stop superiority. I stop anxiety. I stop justifying patterns/habitual behaviors/patterns. I stop mind fucking myself. I stop Free Will/Free Choice. I stop justifications/reasons/excuses that prevent me from seeing the truth as my nature/beingness as what i have accepted and allowed myself to become. I stop stagnation.
Till here no further!
I move. I direct. I am the directive principle of me. I am here as the breath of LIFE in every moment.
I am all. I am one. I am equal. I am Life. I am words. I live words. I am the living word. I am sound. I am harmony. I am the sound harmonic expression. I am Life as all as one as equal as the living word as the sound harmonic expression. I am nature. I am earth. I am my human physical body. I am Here. I am breath. I live breath. I am self-movement. I am self-direction. I am self-trust. I am self-dedication. I am self-commitement. I am self-application. I live self-forgiveness.

Self Forgiveness on Sleep Paralysis
Note: the following is an expansion of an article I published in my Chinese blog on Octobor 1, 2009, which I am now moving here to my English blog.
I used to experience sleep paralysis when i was in high school and college. I remember there was a period of time when i even feared to go into sleep due to the fear of sleep paralysis and also the fear of losing awareness/myself in sleep. Here is a post on the forum that is assisting: http://desteni.co.za/forum/viewtopic.php?f=33&t=3673
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to fear to go into sleep.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to connect going into sleep to fear - and thus I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear my own fear.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear losing myself in sleep.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to connect losing myself in sleep to fear - and thus I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear my own fear.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I am able to lose myself.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear that I may not be able to wake up again from sleep.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to connect not being able to wake up again from sleep to fear - and thus I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear my own fear.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to regard sleep as a form of death/preparation for death and feared to go into sleep because of fear of death.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to fear death.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to connect death to fear - and thus I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed my own fear.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to fear that i may not be able to exist any more.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to connect not being able to exist any more to fear - and thus I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed my own fear.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to want to fight with sleep.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to react in panic when i was experiencing sleep paralysis.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate in panic.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to be directed by panic instead of me standing as the self-directive-principle, directing myself.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to give my power away to sleep paralysis by reacting to it with fear.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to feel less than the experience of sleep paralysis - instead of standing one and equal with this pattern and direct it as myself to stop it.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to want some other people to come and wake me up while at the same time feeling embarassed to ask for help.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate in the emotion of feeling embarassed to ask for help.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe in the experience of embarassment to be who I am.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be directed by the experience of embarassment - instead of me directing myself and assisting and supporting myself.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to fear being judged if i seek help from others.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to connect being judged if I seek help from others to fear and thus I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear my own fear.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to feel terrified when i can not move myself or speak or scream in sleep paralysis.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate in the experience of feeling terrified.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to connect not being able to move, speak or scream in sleep paralysis to fear - and thus I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear my own fear.
I forgive myself that i have not allowed myself to realize that sleep paralysis occurs when i as who i am wake up while the mind consciousness system within me is still asleep.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed the mind consciousness system within me which i defined as who i am to control my human physical body to function for me instead of existing here one and equal with and as the human physical body.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to seaprate myself from my HPB as me through the MCS by powering it through my participation in thoughts/emotions and feelings.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to believe that i need thoughts/emotions/feelings to funtion for me instead of realizing that thoughts/emotions/feelings are programs that powe and charge the mind consciousness system which separates me from the human physical body.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to stand one and equal as the human physical body as life and no more exist as a mind system in separation.
I forgive myselff that I have accepted and allowed myself to go into reactions/fears when I experience sleep paralysis instead of stabilizing myself and being aware of myself here as the breath of LIFE.
Self-Corrective-Statements:
I accept and realize that sleep paralysis occurs when who I am wake up without the mind consciousness system and that reactions and fear do not assist and support me in such an experience.
I do not accept and allow myself to go into reactions and fears when i experience sleep paralysis.
I accept and allow myself to stablize myself here as awareness in the breath of LIFE.
I accept and allow myself to stand one and equal with and as my human physical body as Life.
I do not accept and allow myself to be directed by fear and reactions.
I accept and allow myself to assist and support myself to transcend fear.

Seclusion out of Fear of the System
I have the tendency to go into seclusion, mostly out of fear. I feared communication/participation/interaction with this world. Why? I see that this world is a systematic reality - everything I see is of consciousness system. I feared influence from the systematic reality. Within this fear I created an idea of 'not supporting the system' through going into seclusion - escaping from the system. I used this idea of not supporting the system to hide my fear and justify seclusion. Within seclusion, I went into experiences of all sorts of emotional shit - anxiety/insecurity/suppression/depression/frustration/lack of self-trust/abdication of self-responsibility. Fear of the system is actually fear of myself - fear of facing myself and taking self-responsibility for what I have accepted and allowed myself to be and become. I did not see each moment as an opportunity of self-intimacy, instead I allowed myself to exist in absolute limitation - giving all my power away to the system. And I did not see the common sense: if I fear/hide/escape from myself and from the system, how am I going to ever change and how is this world ever going to change? The first step is to stop fear and allow myself to see myself within my participation in my world.
I assist and support myself to participate actively in this world within consideration of what is necesary to be done practically that is best for all as self-expression and self-direction in the moment. I direct. I move. I apply. I express. I live. I within and as awareness as who I really am as Life as all as one as equal, stand one and equal with the entire moment, seeing direct/clear what is necessary to be done/what is best for all in the moment, then direct/move/apply/express/live the moment accordingly. This way, I allow my inner awareness to be expressed/manifested/lived in my outer reality. In this way I purify my inner reality and my outer reality and expand myself.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Self-forgiveness:
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear communication/participation/interaction with this world.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to connect 'communication/participation/interaction with this world' to fear - and thus I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear my own fear.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear influence from the systematic reality.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to connect influence from the systematic reality to fear - and thus I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear my own fear.
I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to realize that nothing is able to influence me unless I allow it and unless I give permission - thus my responsibility.
I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to realize that no human being or dimensional being is influencing another – I am all alone with my own mind manifested ‘influences'.
I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to realize that the only way anything is able to influence me is if I exist in separation of that ‘something' or ‘someone'.
This article explains the point of outer influence (http://desteni.co.za/a/questions-and-perspectives-concern-for-outside-separate-influences)
I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to realize that the reason I feared this systematic reality is because I have separated myself from this systematic reality which is actually a reflection and manifestation of myself as what I have accepted and allowed myself to be and become - thus I am actually fearing myself.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear myself.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to connect myself to fear - and thus I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear my own fear.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear the system.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to connect the system to fear - and thus I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear my own fear.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear my systematic self - that which I have accepted and allowed myself to be and become as a mind consciousnesss system.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to connect my systematic self as the mind consciousness system to fear - and thus I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear my own fear.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear outer/separate influences.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to connect outer/separate influences to fear - and thus I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear my own fear.

Self-Corrective-Statement:

Stopping Knife-Phobia in Desteni I Process
About two years ago, I started to have a peculiar fear - fear of knives. I know I created it because I did not have such a fear before - it is a reactive pattern that is developped. When I saw a knife, some pictures of harm/kill etc would come up into my mind and almost immediately I went into fear and had a physical reaction such as putting my arm in front of my chest to sort of protect myself. It bothered me quite a lot because every time I saw a kinfe this pattern would come up. But at that time I did not have specific and effective tools to stop this pattern. From my understanding at that time, it seemed to be some form of mental disease. So I looked up on the web to search for related information about such fears and did find some relevant information. It is described that patients suffering from this kind of disease would have those pictures or thoughts coming up into their minds which they can not direct/control. Some of those pictures/thoughts might be very weird - for example, a mother having pictures suddenly coming up into her mind of throwing the child in her arms into river - something like that. The patients do not know how to stop those pictures which has become a habitual behavior and feared that they might actually act upon those thoughts/pictures. And we do not have effective treatment for this kind of mental disease.
I went through that experience so I know that kind of suffering - It's like fighting a battle that I can never win because I do not understand what I am dealing with. It's not a disease that can be treated with some physical medication. It mostly depend on the patients to overcome their insanity of the mind and the fears that the mind generate. Our current science do not Actually know much about how the mind works - let alone to say understanding the mind on a specific level and have specific treatments for specific mental diseases. I mean, in order to treat a disease effectively we have to understand how it is developped - the cause of it.
In my particular case, the start of this pattern of knife-phobia can be traced back to a night more than two years ago. At that time I was not very stable because I was still in the beginning of my process and could not find my feet. That night I was haunted by a memory. The memory is as follows: "My family was watching a TV program one night some years ago. It was about an event of robbery or stealing where someone got into the house and was found by the host. The host fought with the person using a kitchen knife and chopped towards the person’s head several times and the knife just got bounced back. My father said if he were in that situation he would chop towards the person’s neck. I reacted into fear imagining within my mind this whole scenario if the kitchen knife were chopped at my head or neck." -- This particular picture of kitchen kinfes chopping at my head and neck played out within my mind over and over and over again and I reacted in fear. The picture just seemed unstoppable - I was literally possessed by it. And I did not know how to stop it. Each time it played out in my mind, I went into fear and that pattern intensified each time. It became an unresolved issue that I did not know what to do about it. And then when I saw a knife or the picture of a kinfe in my life somewhere, that particular picture of knives chopping at me would come up into my mind and I went into that pattern reaction of fear which gradually became a habitual pattern. Each time I saw a kinfe, this pattern built onto itself one more layer based on that experience - so it became a multiple-layered habitual pattern. Then the strange thing is that I started to identify myself as such pattern - believing it to be unchangible and that would just be how I behave in relation to knife.
So from investigating this pattern, I see how this whole construct of kinfe-phobia is created through my acceptance/allowance/participation in the repetition of a singular memory/picture which was not dealt with immdediatelly and effectively - gradually built onto itself multiple layers each time it repeats and became a habitual pattern that seemed to be unchangable. I created this pattern through my acceptance and allowance and participation in my mind - allowing a memory/picture to direct me, allowing fear to control me. Thus I as the creator is responsible for such a creation which is a suffering experience that requires to be stopped. And the key to stop is self-forgiveness - specific self-forgiveness within self-honest starting point of investigation of the self-created pattern. This month's subject of the course Introduction to Desteni is about the fear system. It's a perfect opportunity for me to apply the tools that I have learned from the course so far and to actually apply them on this point of knife-phobia which has bothered me for so long -- I mean to really practically solve a problem in my life that I previously felt helpless to deal with - that is something, isn't it? I know this pattern I have existed in for so long is not just going to disappear in one night. I still require to walk the correction and stop the insane fear that has caused me so much suffering, but I no longer feel helpless to deal with it because I have the effective tools to work on it.
Below I attached my assignment of this month for the ITD course of the Desteni I Process - (not the complete document, but sufficient for understanding how I worked it through).

2.2 Type of thought: Fear – specify what type of fear:
Fear of knives/Pain (Death) – (It is more of the fear of pain in being physically harmed with knives rather than death)
2.3 Self-Forgiveness
2.3.1 Self-Forgiveness on the thought:
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to participate in the thought that I have to be careful so that the knife does not cut my finger.
2.3.2 Self-Forgiveness on the trigger point of the thought:
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to connect seeing the sharp blade of the Swiss Army Knife to the thought that I have to be careful so that the knife does not cut my finger.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing seeing the sharp blade of the Swiss Army Knife to exist as a trigger point within me – triggering the thought that I have to be careful so that the knife does not cut my finger.
2.3.3 Self-Forgiveness on the type of thought:
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear my finger being cut by the sharp blade of the Swiss Army Knife.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to connect “my finger being cut by the sharp blade of the Swiss Army Knife” to fear - and thus I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear my own fear.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear being stabbed by a knife.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to connect being stabbed by a knife to fear – and thus I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear my own fear.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear the pain when a knife is stabbed into my body.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to connect the pain when a knife is stabbed into my body to fear – and thus I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear my own fear.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear physical harm.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to connect physical harm to fear – and thus I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear my own fear.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear dying in agonizing pain.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to connect dying in agonizing pain to fear – and thus I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear my own fear.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear that I am not able to handle the fear of being harmed with a knife.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to connect “not being able to handle the fear of being harmed with a knife” to fear – and thus I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear my own fear.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to define myself according to and as the fear of being cut by a knife.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to define myself according to and as the fear of the pain of being cut by a knife.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to define myself according to and as the fear of being killed by a knife.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to define myself according to and as the fear of physical harm.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to define myself according to and as the fear of dying in agonizing pain.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to define myself according to and as the fear of not being able to handle the fear of being harmed with a knife.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to connect death to fear – and thus I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear my own fear.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to believe that fear is real.
I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to question my own fear.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to participate in the fear of knives over and over and over again, creating and manifesting the fear system within me and within my world.
I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to realize that I am the creator of this fear that I am experiencing.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to hide from the fear of being harmed by a knife instead of realizing that hiding from this fear is hiding from myself because I am the creator of this fear and thus I am responsible for this fear.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear myself.
I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to realize that fear is simply a pre-programmed reaction.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to define myself according to and as the pre-programmed reaction as fear and believe it to be who I am.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to give my power away to fear – within this I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to enslave myself to fear and become powerless in stopping fear.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to abdicate self-responsibility – the responsibility towards the pattern of fear of knives that I have created by myself as myself through my participation in it over and over and over again.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to separate myself from fear, instead of taking self-responsibility to stand equal and one with/as it and stand up from within it and stop it.
I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to realize that the purpose of fear is to keep me from realizing myself as who I am as Life, one and equal.
I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to realize the ineffectiveness, irrelevance, impracticality of fear.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to perceive and believe that if I am more careful it is more likely I will not be cut by the knife, instead of realizing that ‘having to be careful’ is done from the starting point of fear and thus creating and manifesting fear.
I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to realize that when I am obsessed with being careful to not cut myself, I am not completely here equal and one with what I am doing with the knife and thus I might create the experience of being cut because of the obsession with the thought of being careful to not cut myself.
2.4 Self-Corrective Statements:
I accept and realize that fear is useless, ineffective and irrelevant – fear is not going to protect me and that fear is not going to help me – it merely makes me suffer as I exist in continuous fear.
I accept and realize that fear of being harmed by knives is not going to prevent me from being harmed by knives.
I do not accept and allow myself to participate in the useless, ineffective, irrelevant, suffer-causing fear of being harmed by knives.
I do not accept and allow myself to suffer through existing in constant and continuous fear of being harmed by knives.
I accept and realize that fear of being harmed by knives actually manifests the experience of/as the fear of being harmed by knives because I am the creator of such an experience through my accepted and allowed nature as such a fear.
I do not accept and allow myself to participate in constant and continuous fear of being harmed by knives.
I do not accept and allow myself to manifest and create my experience of being harmed by knives.
I do not accept and allow myself to continue to exist as the accepted and allowed nature of/as fear of being harmed by knives.
I stop creating my experience of being physically harmed by knives.
I accept and realize that fear is not real – it is a pre-programmed reaction of my mind that I have believed and defined as who I am and that its purpose is to keep me from realizing myself as who I am as Life, one and equal.
I do not accept and allow myself to believe that fear is real.
I do not accept and allow myself to define myself according to and as a pre-programmed reaction of my mind as fear.
I do not accept and allow myself to participate in fear.
I do not accept and allow myself to enslave myself through participating in fear and believing myself to be the reaction of/as fear.
I accept and allow myself to live who I am as LIFE, one and equal – free from the control and enslavement of/as fear.
I accept and realize that fear exists through my participation and I am the creator of fear that exist within me and thus I am responsible for what I have accepted and allowed to create, manifest and define myself as which is fear – I am not separate from fear.
I do not accept and allow myself to abdicate my creation of or separate myself from fear.
I accept and allow myself to take self-responsibility as creator to stand equal and one with/as it and stand up from within it and stop participating in it.
I accept and realize that ‘having to be careful’ is done from the starting point of fear and thus creating and manifesting fear and that when I am obsessed with being careful to not cut myself - I am not completely here equal and one with what I am doing with the knife and thus I might create the experience of being cut because of the obsession with the thought of having to be careful to not cut myself.
I do not accept and allow myself to be obsessed with the thought of having to be careful so that I do not cut myself.
I do not accept and allow myself to participate from the starting point of fear i.e. constantly and continuously reminding myself of having to be careful to not be cut by the knife.
I accept and allow myself to be completely here equal and one with what I am doing with the knife and use Common Sense to direct me.
The meaning of my Chinese name is literally No Fear. I accept and allow myself to live my name as No Fear – becoming the living word as No Fear.
Re-scripture of the practical solution for the trigger point:
Whenever I see a knife, I stop and breathe, I do not accept and allow myself to go into or participate in the reaction of/as fear. I stop and breathe. I do not accept and allow myself to participate in pictures within my mind related to fear. If pictures do come up, I stop and breathe and do not accept and allow myself to participate in them in any way whatsoever. I establish myself Here in the physical equal and one with/as the knife and the task that I am using the knife with and direct myself with common sense. I take self-responsibility for the pattern of fear of knives that I have created and stand up within it and stop myself as it. When I find myself going into stiffness and petrification in such a situation, I stop and breathe and just laugh to assist and support myself to break the hold of the fear – simply laughing at myself for accepting and allowing myself to participate in such a useless fear.
3. The Emotion or Feeling Work-Sheet
Emotion/Feeling 1

4.3.1 Dictionary definition:
sharp blade with a handle, used for cutting or as a weapon; cutting blade in a machine or tool
4.3.2 Sounding the word:
The word knife sounds (speaking/hearing) like life. Its structure (writing/spelling) can be seen as composed of two parts: k + nife. I would define the part nife within the word knife as life according to their closeness both in hearing and spelling. The letter K can be defined as Keep or Kill – depending on the one who uses the knife.
New definition:
Knife: blade with a handle, depending on the one using the knife it can be used either to Keep Life or Kill Life – Keeping Life from the perspective that it can be used as a practical functional tool to support life; Killing Life from the perspective that it can be used as a tool to destroy life.
5. The Pictures Work-Sheet
5.1 Drawing/writing out a picture-representation:
The picture does not have any specific background. There are just two persons in it – a Japanese solider with a bayonet on his gun and a bady. The Japanese solider is on the right side while the baby is on the left top corner. The bayonet is in the baby’s body and the Japanese solider is holding up the gun and the bayonet. This motionless picture is the main frame of this scenario. Sometimes it plays out like a movie where the solider throws the baby onto the ground.
5.2 What the picture as a whole represents:
killing, murdering, violence, brutality, cruelty, atrocity, war
5.3 Self-Forgiveness
5.3.1 Self-Forgiveness on connection to the thought:
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to connect the picture of the Japanese solider stabbing a bayonet into a baby’s body to the thought that I have to be careful with the knife to not cut myself.
5.3.2 Self-Forgiveness on the picture (use the points you drew/wrote down in 6.1 to describe the picture):
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing the picture in which there is a Japanese solider on the right side of the picture with a bayonet on his gun which he is holding up while the bayonet is stabbed into the baby’s body who is at the left top corner of the picture – to exist within and as me.
5.3.3 Self-Forgiveness on what the picture represents:
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to connect the words ‘killing, murdering, violence, brutality, cruelty, atrocity, war’ to the picture in my mind of a Japanese solider where the Japanese solider is on the right side of the picture with a bayonet on his gun which he is holding up while the bayonet is stabbed into the baby’s body who is at the left top corner of the picture
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to define the words ‘killing, murdering, violence, brutality, cruelty, atrocity, war’ within a picture in my mind of a Japanese solider stabbing a bayonet into a baby’s body.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to separate myself from the words ‘killing, murdering, violence, brutality, cruelty, atrocity, war’ through defining these words within a picture in my mind of a Japanese solider stabbing a bayonet into a baby’s body.
5.4 Self-Corrective Statements
I realize and accept that who I am is not a picture within my mind and that it is silly to allow myself to be directed and controlled by such a picture in my mind.
I do not accept and allow myself to define myself according to a picture within my mind.
I do not accept and allow myself to be directed or controlled by a picture in my mind.
I accept and allow myself to be and live who I am here within as breath of life as awareness – not a picture in my mind.
I accept and allow myself to realize that I am not living words equal and one as who I am when words are defined within pictures in my mind is in separation from me.
I accept and allow myself to live words equal and one as who I am.
I do not accept and allow myself to define words in pictures within my mind in separation of myself.
I accept and allow myself to apply self-forgiveness in assisting and supporting myself to erase definitions of words connected to pictures/images in separation of myself.
When pictures come up into my mind irrelevant to what I am dealing with physically here – I stop and breathe and delete the picture within my mind.
6. The Memories Work-Sheet
6.1 Complete unfolding of memory:
My family was watching a TV program one night some years ago. It was about an event of robbery or stealing where someone got into the house and was found by the host. The host fought with the person using a kitchen knife and chopped towards the person’s head several times and the knife just got bounced back. My father said if he were in that situation he would chop towards the person’s neck. I reacted into fear imagining within my mind this whole scenario if the kitchen knife were chopped at my head or neck.
6.2 Relevant points within the Memory:
One night some years ago (Time)
My family (People)
Watching a TV program about a robbery or stealing (Activity)
The host chopping the kitchen knife towards the person’s head several times and the knife just got bounced back; my father saying if he were in that situation he would chop towards the person’s neck. (Event)
Fear if the kitchen knife were chopped at my head or neck (Experience)
6.3 Reason for holding on to the Memory:
I have defined myself as fear of knives/physical harm according to this memory of discussion on the news about robbery/stealing.
6.4 Self-Forgiveness
6.4.1 Self-Forgiveness on connection to the thought:
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to connect the memory of ‘my family watching a TV program about a robbery or stealing one night some years ago, where the host chopped the kitchen knife towards the person’s head several times and the knife just got bounced back while my father said if he were in that situation he would chop towards the person’s neck – I reacted into fear imagining within my mind this whole scenario if the kitchen knife were chopped at my head or neck.’ to the thought ‘I have to be careful with the knife to not cut myself’.
6.4.2 Self-Forgiveness on the memory (use the relevant points of 7.2 to describe the memory):
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to hold onto and define myself according to and as the memory of ‘my family watching a TV program about a robbery or stealing one night some years ago, where the host chopped the kitchen knife towards the person’s head several times and the knife just got bounced back while my father said if he were in that situation he would chop towards the person’s neck – I reacted into fear imagining within my mind this whole scenario if the kitchen knife were chopped at my head or neck.’
6.4.3 Self-Forgiveness on reason for holding on to the memory:
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to have defined my fear of being physically harmed by knives within the memory of my family’s discussion on the TV program where the description of a kitchen knife being chopped towards a person’s head and neck was imprinted into my mind.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to separate myself from fear of being physically harmed by knives through defining it within a memory within my mind, in separation of myself.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to give my power away to the fear of being physically harmed by knives through separating myself from/defining myself according to and as the fear defined within the memory in separation of myself.
I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to realize that I am equal and one with the fear of being physically harmed by knives which I have created through my mind through defining myself according to this specific memory within my mind – and thus I as the creator is able to take self-responsibility for my creation, stand up within this specific fear and stop it to no longer allow myself to continue to exist as fear of being harmed physically by knives.
6.5 Self-Corrective Statements:
I accept and realize that who I am is not defined by a memory within my mind and that defining myself according to and as a memory within my mind is self-separation and self-enslavement.
I do not accept and allow myself to define myself according to and as a memory within my mind.
I do not accept and allow myself to separate and enslave myself through defining myself according to and as a memory within my mind.
I do not accept and allow myself to hold onto memories which I have used to define as who I am which is of/as the mind consciousness system.
I accept and allow myself to use/apply self-forgiveness to stop these self-definitions that I have created through memories stored within my mind – slowly but surely.
I accept and realize that the fear of being physically harmed by knives which I have created and defined as who I am within the memory within my mind in separation of myself is not who I really am as the breath of Life Here.
I accept and allow myself to stop the fear of being physically harmed by knives through stopping holding onto that specific memory within my mind.
I do not accept and allow myself to continue to exist as the fear of being physically harmed by knives.
I accept and allow myself to live who I really am as the breath of LIFE – not defined by memories within my mind, yet also not separate from ‘memories’.
I accept and realize that within separating myself from the fear of being physically harmed by knives through defining it in a memory within my mind in separation of myself, I have given my power away to the fear and abdicated self-responsibility as the creator of the fear in the first place – instead of realizing that I am equal and one with the fear because I created it and thus I as the creator is able to take self-responsibility for my creation, stand up within this specific fear and stop it to no longer allow myself to continue to exist within and as it.
I do not accept and allow myself to separate myself from fear or abdicate my self-responsibility and my power as the creator through defining fear within a memory in separation of myself – enslaving myself into and as fear through self-separation.
I accept and allow myself to take self-responsibility and power as creator – standing equal and one with fear, standing up within it and stopping it to no longer to continue to exist within and as fear.
