Our current economic system is based on greed and profit. Obviously within such a system life is not the first priority as everything is equated in terms of how much profit can be gained to feed man’s greed. The result is this world as currently is – where we are busy destroying everything on earth that which is real which is the physical reality as nature, ocean and the animal kingdom, within which we are also creating our own demise. The problem of animal extinction due to human activities harming the environment through our acceptance and allowance of the current economic system is but a precise reflection of what we are busy doing to ourselves.
There may be different causes for species extinction. However habitat destruction due to human activities has been identified currently as the main cause of species extinction worldwide. “Clearing habitats for agriculture is the principal cause of habitat destruction. Other important causes of habitat destruction include mining, logging, trawling and urban sprawl.” Actually all human activities can be traced back to money and how money functions in our current economic system which is through each and every single human being’s acceptance, allowance and participation and thus we are all equally responsible for the current status of this world – in this specific example the destruction of habitat and species extinction. Money has a say on everything we do. If we investigate that within self-honesty, we will see that everywhere – we can see how money determines our life on an individual scale and how this whole world functions on the bigger scale.
It is self-evident and beyond discussion that nature, the animal kingdom and the entire earth are being abused by human – used by human for profit and greed which only feeds human ego as the illusionary idea that somehow human species is more than other species on earth. The fucked-upness of this world doubtlessly reveals the true nature of man. Earth is our home. Animals are our equals. What advanced species would be stupid enough to destroy one’s own home and treat its equals as slaves?
The equal money system (EMS) is the solution for mankind so that we can actually live as custodians of earth in harmony with nature and the animal kingdom and everything that is here. The EMS is based on the principle of what is best for all – best for all the living beings. Profit and greed will be no more the driving force as they currently are in the current economic system. And thus human, animal, plant and the natural environment are all equally considered so that all living beings on earth can enjoy our living here on earth. Particularly, the principal cause of species extinction which is habitat destruction due to agriculture will be solved in the EMS due to the change in how food will be manufactured and produced in EMS [2] as only very little land will be required to mass-produce food under controlled environments using the technology that already exist in this world. A lot of stuff that are involved with biofuel such as sugar and corn etc that are produced in the current system will no more be needed due to the end of competition and thus many species’ habitats will be restored as vast regions of earth return to its natural condition. “Most of the farmland in the world will become the home of animals again, and most of the fences will be removed so that animals can roam the world again…” [2] Fascinating, EMS will bring heaven on earth – a heaven for all living beings!

No More Homeless with Equal Money
No doubt the problem of homelessness is prominent in our current system. According to researches done on the homeless problem in America – “EVEN IN THE FACE OF 1990s ECONOMIC PROSPERITY, homeless statistics show the number of homeless has remained stubbornly high. Between five and six hundred thousand people are considered ‘homeless’ at any given time - without a ‘permanent, safe, decent, affordable place to live’. (Granruth and Smith*).”[1]
The causes of homelessness such as poverty, economic depression, high housing cost and low salary [1] are all considered within the accepted framework of the current economic system without challenging the current system itself and sourcing the actual real origin point of the problem. Thus these factors are actually merely outflows of underlying fundamental problem (‘Fund Mental’ lol that says it all). The problem is deeply rooted within our accepted Mentality of life and money and the current economic system that is an external representation and reflection of/as who we have accepted and allowed ourselves to be within, where within we fund/invest in our mind system/mental reality while destroying our physical body – equal and one without manifested as the destruction of the physical reality as nature/animal kingdom/ocean through and as funding/investing in our current economic system.
Isn’t it insane that we have come to accept and allow that we have accepted survival as the way of life? Isn’t it insane that we have come to accept and allow money to determine whether we live or die? If you have no money - you have no food, you have no drinking water, you have no clothes to wear, you have no house to live in and thus you have no right to live in this world. We have come to accept and allow that we require to buy the right to live and thus life has become a constant struggle and survival! And we call this living? What a fucking joke!
Within in an Equal Money System(EMS) the whole paradigm changes. Life rather than abuse of life, is honored. Equality and what is Best for All is the foundational principle. Each one born into this reality is ensured a dignified life. The basic needs of everyone such as food, drinking water, clothes, housing, health care and education etc will be taken care of on the basis that we are living beings. And thus our lives will not be based on survival but actual living. Poverty, economic depression and high housing cost etc that are equated as causes of homelessness in the framework of our current economic system will also exist no more in EMS as they are outflow derivatives of our current economic system that is based on profit and greed and driven by survival. (To learn more how EMS works please read reference [2]). Thus EMS solves the problem of homelessness from the root rather than just bandaging it.

Equal Money System FAQ: Will Aliens bring us advanced technology once we exist as one as equal?
Will Aliens bring us advanced technology once we exist as one as equal?
For us to exist as one and equal, we require to implement and live in an equal money system (EMS). The EMS is based on the principle of what is best for all. Within the principle of what is best for all is the understanding that what is best for all is what is best for self thus it is the consideration of all equal and one as self. Living in the EMS based on the principle of what is best for all is thus the practical realization of us existing as one as equal.
At the stage of implementing the EMS, such points as aliens and their advanced technology are not relevant. The problem on earth is a human problem. We have to take self-responsibility to sort out the shit we created on earth. If aliens with advanced technology do exist they would also want to entrust the advanced technology to a trustworthy species which can take self-responsibility, wouldn’t they? I mean, the point of ‘once we exist as one as equal’ is also a requirement that we as a human species be trustworthy, which can only be so through taking full self-responsibility, being fully accountable for our own creation.
The EMS ensures that we as a human species can be trusted as we live as one as equal and be responsible for ourselves and all as ourselves. In the EMS everything is based on the principle of what is best for all. Thus before implementation of an technology it will be first investigated to make sure that it indeed is what is best for all which entails that the technology is not abused in any way whatsoever. Obviously that is not the case in the current system where there are technologies used without proper consideration of consequences or advanced technologies that can benefit all being suppressed due to profit and greed. In the equal money system, those current advanced technologies that are best for all can already be implemented. And the development of science and technology in EMS will no longer be controlled by profit but determined by what is best for all. Thus our scientific and technological endeavor could go even much faster than it does right now, allowing advanced technology to be developed and implemented for the best benefit of all.
Only when we as a human species becomes trust-worthy as in the EMS do the points of alien and their advanced technology become relevant. Then we can investigate these more advanced points of whether aliens actually exist or whether they will bring us advanced technology. I mean, it is really up to the aliens if they do exist. But human species living in the EMS is definitely a species that is worth having contact with and being trustworthy of being revealed to those advanced technology as they know the technology will be used for what is best for all.

Equal Money System FAQ: How will addictions be handled?
How will addictions be handled?
The extensiveness of addiction problems in the current system is due to its nature of not supporting life. The current economic system is based on survival. Life in the current system for many has become a constant struggle. People who have addictions such as alcohol or drugs mainly use them to escape reality and suppress themselves because they are not satisfied with life. The addictions create a hiding place where one does not face and deal with the true reality but try to forget everything or seek high experiences in illusionary realities in the mind, within which one actually becomes more defeated and abdicate self-responsibility and just accept self as a slave. Within the EMS, all people’s basic physical needs are met through providing an equal amount of money that is sufficient for the person to live a dignified life from birth to death. Thus there won’t be any survival stress that haunts anyone and we can actually start to give us the opportunity to explore what it means to live for the first time. People no longer have the motive to suppress themselves through using alcohol or drugs in order to escape reality and go into illusionary realities, because now they can find happiness and enjoy themselves in real life. Thus addiction problems will drop exponentially in the EMS. The EMS is a fundamental solution to get rid of the root of addiction problems.
In the current unequal abusive economic system, abuses related to addictions are actually promoted because of profit and greed instead of being stopped/intervened/prevented based on the principle of what is best for all. Have you ever wondered why alcohol is legal while drugs are illegal? Is it really because alcohol is less harmful and destructive than drugs? A scientific research [1][2] done by British researchers in 2010 shows ‘Presenting a new scale of drug harm that rates the damage to users themselves and to wider society, the scientists rated alcohol the most harmful overall and almost three times as harmful as cocaine or tobacco.’ ‘Professor David Nutt, chairman of the ISCD, whose work was published in the Lancet medical journal, said the findings showed that ‘aggressively targeting alcohol harms is a valid and necessary public health strategy.’ He said they also showed that current drug classification systems had little relation to the evidence of harm.’ If alcohol being legal is not based on the evidence of harm, what is it based on then? It all boils down to money! One major reason why alcohol is legal while drugs are illegal is because alcohol brings in far more money in tax to the government. When money comes into play everything else gives way. The consequences however are the prevalence of abuses due to alcohol consumption. In the family situation a major cause of child abuse, sexual abuse and domestic violence is due to the effect alcohol has on people using it to suppress themselves and become possessed by their anger and frustration and exert them onto other family members which may cause traumatic experiences or even physical harms on other family members – usually children and women. “The World Health Organization estimates that risks linked to alcohol cause 2.5 million deaths a year from heart and liver disease, road accidents, suicides and cancer -- accounting for 3.8 percent of all deaths. It is the third leading risk factor for premature death and disabilities worldwide.[1]” Within the EMS profit and greed are removed and what is best for all is the basic law. Such atrocities and abuses cannot be tolerated. Once the facts and effects of alcohol are researched thoroughly and are known to all we will all agree on the decision that alcohol should be outlawed. This is an act of intervention/prevention that is best for all rather than deliberate promotion of abuse based on profit as is in the current economic system.
In the EMS people who have developed addiction problems will be assisted immediately and effectively. Eventually technology will allow one’s DNA to be read and according to the output of a person’s DNA the person’s physical-chemical-psychological condition can be detected. Thus if there is an addiction problem it will be reflected on the output of the reading signal of DNA. The person can thus receive immediate assistance and support from necessary professionals at early stages of developing such a problem. There will be also a lot of changes with regards to psychology and psychiatry[11]. In the current system psychology and psychiatry are driven by the motive of making money from the patients and thus the patients’ problems are deliberately not cured actually so that they can continue to be exploited. In the EMS such things cannot be tolerated. Research being done will be focused on discovering the actual reasons for human being’s dysfunctional problems and find real effective practical solutions.

Equal Money System FAQ: Cars - who will make them and who will get one
Cars - who will make them and who will get one
Cars are practical tools in the transportation system for us to move around to different locations physically in the world. So cars will still be manufactured and distributed in the Equal Money System. This can be part of the transportation system within the global logistical system for the support and distribution to all equally in EMS. How exactly that is going to work we will all have to decide within the principle of what is best for all.
Practically there exists the necessity of both public transportation such as trains, buses and private transportation such as personal cars.
In the current consumerism economic system, people are promoted to buy and use personal cars as much as possible because of the profit linked to the car industry, which is currently also directly connected to the massive profit-involved oil industry through the dependency of oil consumption by cars. Because of the system is driven by profit and greed rather than consideration of practical living, cars as well as other products in the current system are not made to last long. They have to break so that people can buy more. More products are sold, more profits are gained. Cars with lower quality have to be deliberately manufactured to serve the need of those with lower income. It does not make sense to produce a product with a lower quality when we have the ability to produce it in higher quality, does it? Why not produce all of the products in the highest possible quality? Yet that is what is promoted in our current economic system - a system without common sense. In the EMS this will change. The EMS is based on the principle of what is best for all – a principle of practical common sense. Profit and greed will no longer be the driving force but consideration of life, practical functionality and expression. All cars will be manufactured in the highest possible quality. So that people driving in the car can be well protected rather than injured or die in case of an accident because the car is deliberately made of a lower quality due to profit factor.
From a common sense consideration, it is also still necessary to have a person get a license to ensure their qualification before they drive a vehicle so that they actually know how to drive and what to do in different situations when driving a vehicle so that it does not cause potential danger to anyone. That is best for everyone’s safety.
The various brands of cars will not exist in the EMS. If you look at all the brands in the current system, what is the actual practical functionality of them? Is there actually any? Do they hold value merely because people believe in them through advertisement to generate ideas/beliefs/desires within people’s minds so that more products can be sold and more profits can be gained?
The air pollution problem of vehicle exhaust can also be solved more easily when the profit and cost factors do not stand in the way in the EMS. Our current technology has already been able to make cars that do not depend on oil and pollute the air, but use water, electricity, hydrogen, or compressed air etc and thus more friendly to the environment. The major resisting factor to the implementation of these solutions is still profit. In the current system, the car industry and the oil industry are dependent on each other. If cars no longer use oil, the oil companies will lose profit. In the EMS, with the removal of the profit factor, we will all be able to make informed decisions on what fuel we use for cars within the principle of what is best for all. That of course includes the consideration of our influence on the environment we live in – on the air that we breathe because everything we produce and place into our environment will have an influence back onto ourselves. We have to consider the consequences of what we do onto our environment and thus onto ourselves.
With regards to who will get a car in the EMS that will depend on whether there is such a need for a car. Each one having a car is not necessarily practical. If there are too many cars in this world, there may not be enough space among cars for the traffic to move effectively or enough places to park cars. Imagine the extreme situation where the surface of the whole planet is covered with cars then not even one car can move. Of course the effects of too many cars do not have to get to such an extreme to be revealed. You only need to consider the hours wasted in traffic jams each day you go to work or when you spent half an hour finding a parking lot. Cars are supposed to make life easier not the opposite. Implementing more effective public transportation is a suggested practical solution. In the current economic system, the public transportation is not designed and functioning at its fullest potential. One reason is the profit-driven factor to promote the car industry so the public transportation is suppressed. If we establish well developed effective public transportation such as bus, train, and subway etc, people will start to realize the merit of public transportation and may start to like taking them because it is practical. Then we can effectively reduce the unnecessary amount of cars and help solving the corresponding traffic issues. It is also possible that we can find practical solutions to solve the current traffic problems even without reducing the amount of cars so that the transportation system is more private-transportation based. So there may still exist the two aspects of public transportation and private transportation in the transportation system in EMS. We will just have to see and decide how exactly to make these two aspects work together as effectively as possible.

Equal Money System FAQ: Do I still have to clean other people’s toilets in an EMS?
Let’s have a look at what could possibly be implied within the question with regards to the point of cleaning toilets being mentioned specifically.
In the current world, cleaning toilet is usually seen as a dirty/shitty job and people doing such a job are usually not well respected. It seems to be a custom that our society value mental work much more than physical work. We have, for instance, theoretical physicists developing theories about the universe with eleven dimensions, which is mostly mental work and such scientists have a relatively high status in society. We also have for example plumbers doing the ordinary maintenance work to help fix a leaking pipe if there is such a problem and they have a relatively low social status. Of course, ‘relatively’ is measured according to the current accepted value system of this world.
Our current value system is born from and in turn supports our economic system, which has a lack of recognition of and respect for actual physical living. If you have a look at what actually supports us to exist and function in the physical world – it is the food we eat, the clothes we wear, the house/shelter we live in, the cars/buses we use to move around and the maintenance system that keeps them functioning properly and also some other aspects. However we have taken for granted these physical aspects that allow us to exist and function in this physical reality. How often do we even consider where the food comes from, who made the clothes we wear? What provides the foundation for us to do the so perceived more valuable creative expressive mental work? Why are we so obsessed with the mental delusional alternate realities keeping the current destructive economic system continuing through our participation while destroying this one physical reality that we all exist in together? In the context of the current economic system and the corresponding promoted value system, we do not care and respect that which actually matters which is matter – the physical and the practical living in the physical. That is the problem. And that will change in the Equal Money System.
In the Equal Money System Life is value. That which supports life is valued. Each human being born into this world will receive the same amount of money that is necessary to live a dignified life. Thus survival is out of the equation of living. In terms of cleaning other people’s toilets, in the current system people do it most likely due to lack of money to survive – thus from that perspective it will no longer exist in the EMS because the person’s basic ‘survival needs’ will have been taken care of. We no longer have slaves working for us just because they need money to survive! In the EMS, they can explore and enjoy life as everyone else equally. Each one will take equal responsibility in doing the work necessary for a functioning life. Cleaning toilet regularly is part of such necessary work. It is practical that each one clean one’s own toilet. Or if people who live or work together are sharing a restroom, they can work out a schedule for example to take turns in cleaning toilets on a weekly basis so that each one takes equal responsibility. But still it is not about cleaning other people’s toilets – it is about taking equal responsibility in the necessary work and each one is actually doing it for themselves.
There are also other kind of areas that are critical to the quality of each one’s life on earth, such as agriculture/food production and distribution, the manufacturing of clothing, energy production such as energy, sewage system building and maintenance etc. To ensure these basic supports are provided to everyone, it will be done through a system of conscription – where everyone who finishes school will do 4 years of mandatory labor in any one of those areas required to support the basic support system of the world. In the current system, one can abdicate responsibility of doing such necessary work through using money to buy ‘freedom’ and let those who need money to survive to do all such work. Our current value system of disrespect for physical work is actually glorification of slavery. The four-year labor in areas of the basic support system can be a cool experience to educate ourselves about what it takes to make our life in the physical world function and it could be fun. I myself would definitely enjoy having such an experience of exploring and discovering myself and the world within which I have taken so much for granted and almost knew nothing about.
Within the EMS through reeducating ourselves with how to live practically in the physical and take equal responsibility in the necessary work for our life to function, we may have a different view on cleaning toilet and not see it as such a dirty/shitty job which is but shaped and limited by the current value system that supports slavery instead of life as equality.

Working on the Jealousy System in DIP
The following is extracted from my 8th assignment of the Introduction to Desteni Course within the Desteni I Process( http://desteniiprocess.com/ ) , where I worked on the Jealousy system.
Writing:
Recently we have been having quite some group discussions on QQ(a software that is like skype but mainly used by people in China Mainland). A person L who recently started to participate actively in Desteni Chinese seemed to have done a lot of reading on various materials and she has been answering people’s questions and directing the situation very effectively. After observing this person’s expressions and what she did, I had a thought of ‘Her contribution is more than me – the boss’(The actual thought is in Chinese“功高盖主”and here I am translating it into English for understanding). I compared myself with her and felt inferior and perceived that my thunder has been stolen. I experienced jealousy towards her for her expression. I noticed this point and applied self-forgiveness on it.
I this assignment I am working with the system of jealousy.
The various components I will be working with:
Thought: Her contribution is more than me – the boss.
Emotions and Feelings: Emotion: sadness
Words: Jealousy
Pictures: the picture is using a fist to beat a person’s head down onto the electric stove.
Memories: My father’s jealousy
The Thoughts Work-Sheet
Her contribution is more than me – the boss.
Self-Forgiveness
I forgive for accepting and allowing myself to participate in the thought ‘her contribution is more than me – the superior’ when I saw the person L was very effective in answering people’s questions in the Desteni QQ group.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to connect the thought ‘her contribution is more than me – the superior’ to seeing the person L being very effective in answering people’s questions.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing seeing the person L being very effective in answering people’s questions to exist as a triggering point within me, triggering the thought ‘her contribution is more than me – the superior’.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to compare myself with L in the ability to answer people’s questions.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to compare myself with L in knowledge and understanding.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to participate in comparison and competition with L.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to separate myself from L through participation in comparison and competition.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to feel inferior to L through my participation in comparison and competition.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to believe that inferiority actually exists.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to believe that superiority actually exists.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to judge myself in comparison to others as ‘more than’ or ‘less than’ them.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to judge myself as less than in comparison to L in knowledge and understanding of materials.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to judge myself as less than in comparison to L in answering people’s questions.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to judge myself as less than in comparison to L in information processing skills and reading abilities.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe myself to be superior.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to hold onto the make-belief that I am superior.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to regard L as my subordinate and thus ‘supposedly’ inferior.
I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to see/treat L as my equal.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to separate myself from l through regarding L as my subordinate and me as the ‘boss’.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to create an idea of me being the boss and L as my subordinate.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to believe myself to be the boss and that my authority should not be challenged or threatened by my ‘subordinate’.
I forgive myself to perceive/believe that my status as a boss has been threatened because the subordinate is more than me the boss, instead of realizing that the ‘boss’ status is not real in the first place – it is just an idea within my mind which I used to hide the inferiority that exist within me.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to use the boss belief of myself to hide/cover up the inferiority that exists within me.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to participate and exist within the polarity design of inferiority and superiority.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to feel/perceive/believe that my status of superiority has been threatened by L, instead of realizing that the belief of me being superior is not real in the first place.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to hold onto the self-definition of being superior.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing superiority to exist within and as me.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to use knowledge and information to create the belief of superiority/inferiority.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to believe that if I know more than others then I am superior.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to feel inferior to a person when that person knows something that I do not know yet.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to use/abuse/manipulate knowledge and information to hold onto my self-belief of being superior.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to always want to win within my mind.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing to think that I know this knowledge that you do not know so I am still better than you – I am still superior to you.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to manipulate myself to believe that I am still superior to keep my superiority intact.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear losing the believed superior status that I have established within my mind.
I forgive myself to connect losing superiority to fear and thus I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear my own fear.
I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to realize that the superiority status that I have established within my mind is not real and is just an idea/belief about myself.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to hold onto the self-definition of being superior.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to perceive that my thunder has been stolen by L because she is getting more attention than me in the group.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to desire to get other people’s attentions because I have not given myself attention.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to compare myself with L in how much attention is given to us.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to desire that people focus more on me than on L.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to feel threatened when I see L gets more attention from others.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to believe that I cannot tolerate another person being more than me.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to hold onto the belief that the ‘subordinate’ should not be better than the ‘boss’.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to have the desire to contain the person always less than me so that I can always be more than.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to desire to be always more than others.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to always want to win over others.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to be jealous of L because I perceive/believe that L is more than me.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to judge myself as less than/more than, inferior/superior through comparison and competition with others.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to believe that the self-judgments as more than/less than, inferior/superior is real.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to feel threatened by beings who I see as superior to me.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to use nastiness, spite and gossip to exalt myself as ego above the other being within my mind – so that I can feel like I have won and other being has lost.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to try and destroy whoever I am jealous about – through nastiness, spite and gossip.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to participate in the thought everybody falls as a means to make myself feel that I have won within my mind.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to desire to put the being who I perceive to be more than me down so that I do not experience inferiority.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to abdicate self-responsibility through believing that it is the person outside me who I perceive to be superior to me that is causing me to be inferior – instead of realizing that I am responsible for what I experience within me – the inferiority/superiority.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that within jealousy lies an opportunity for me to assist and support myself in learning from the person I am jealous about – so that I equalize myself with this being.
Self-Corrective Statements:
I accept and realize that comparison and competitions is of the mind, supporting the polarity game of superiority/inferiority, win/lose and does not support who I really am as Life.
I do not accept and allow myself to participate in comparison and competition of the mind.

I support who I really am as LIFE here in breath.
I accept and realize that superiority/inferiority is not real – they are games played within my mind which I believed to be real. I accept and realize that the idea of me being the boss the superior and L being my subordinate the inferior is not real – it is just an idea within my mind and that it is not actually supporting anyone.
I do not accept and allow myself to believe that superiority/inferiority is real.
I do not accept and allow myself to participate in the mind game of superiority/inferiority.
I do not accept and allow myself to hold onto the perception/idea/belief of me being the boss/superior and L being my subordinate/inferior.
I do not accept and allow myself to support the illusion of myself of my mind as perceptions/ideas/beliefs that I have created as myself which I have believed to be who I am.
I do not accept and allow myself to judge myself or others as less than/more than, superior/inferior through my participation in comparison/competition.
I do not accept and allow myself to judge others as that would be accepting and allowing myself to judge myself.
I accept and realize that whenever anything nasty comes up about another person, it is because I am jealous. I accept and realize that nastiness, spite and gossip are indicators of jealousy.
I accept and allow myself to investigate within myself the point of jealousy when nastiness, spite and gossip come up about another person.
I do not accept and allow myself to feed nastiness, spite and gossip through participation.
I do not accept and allow myself to feed the desire to win within my mind.
I do not accept and allow myself to feed the desire to destroy others, to bring them down because I am jealous of them.
I accept and realize that jealousy furthers the enslavement of separation.
I do not accept and allow myself to participate in jealousy.

I accept and allow myself to equalize myself with the person I am jealous about.
I accept and allow myself to equalize myself with the person L in information processing ability, reading ability, understanding, realizations, ability of answering questions effectively.
Rewriting the script:
When I see L being effective in answering people’s questions in Desteni QQ group, I do not accept myself to participate in the thought ‘Her contribution is more than me the boss’. I stop. I breathe. I do not accept myself to go into comparison and competition or create the self-judgment of inferiority, which is not real. Instead, I assist and support myself to equalize myself with the being in the ability of information processing ability, reading ability, understanding, realizations, ability of answering questions effectively. I stand one and equal with the being L as myself.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to define myself as being superior according to my position in the process.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to feel sad and disappointed because of the perceived ‘loss’.
Self-Corrective Statements:
I accept and realize that each one is in their individual process and that my position in the process does not define who I am. And that this process is not like running a race at all – who is the first runner, who runs better, who runs faster, who is ahead, who is behind etc.
I do not accept and allow myself to compare myself with others in where we are currently in our process.
I do not accept and allow myself to define myself according to my position in the process.
I do not accept and allow myself to define others according to their position in their process.
I do not accept and allow myself to use my position to support my ego superiority.

I accept and allow myself to walk this process as who I am equal and one with others walking this process together with me – assisting and supporting each other as who we really are as LIFE.
I accept and realize that I ideas and values that I have attached to forerunner in the process is not real and that it does not support me or anyone.
I do not accept and allow myself to hold onto the ideas and values that I have attached to forerunner.
I accept and allow myself to live here without the ideas and values attached to definitions separate from me here.
I accept and realize that the emotion of sadness and disappointment is based on the idea that I have apparently lost my position in the process and that it is not real.
I do not accept and allow myself to participate in the emotional experience off sadness and disappointment.
I do not accept and allow myself to be directed by an idea that I have apparently lost my position in the process because that idea is not real in the first place.
I accept and allow myself to drop the values ideas that I have attached to my position in the process.
Rewrite-scripture:
When the thought ‘Her contribution is more than me the boss’ comes up, I stop and breathe. I stop the emotional experience of sadness and disappointment. I accept the being as one and equal as me - assisting and supporting each other as who we really are as LIFE. I assist and support myself and others to equalize each other, learn from each other – not to abuse my position to feed my ego.

Re-define the word in the centre-circle of the word-web:
Jealousy is a mind consciousness system design which stems from inferiority, superiority, self-judgment and comparison and it is based on pictures and furthers the enslavement of separation – Jail-Us-In.
The Pictures Work-Sheet
The picture is using a fist to beat a person’s head down onto the electric stove: There is a burning electric stove in the middle. A woman’s head is facing downward on the electric stove with a fist hitting at the back of her head – hitting her head onto the electric stove.
Self-Forgiveness
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to participate in my mind in the picture of using a fist hitting at the back of a woman’s head to force her head onto the burning electric stove.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing the picture of using a fist hitting at the back of a woman’s head to force her head onto the burning electric stove to exist within and as me.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to connect the picture of using a fist to hit on the woman’s head onto the electric stove to the thought ‘her contribution is more than me the boss’.
Self-Corrective Statements
I accept and realize that this picture represents the jealousy that exist within and as me of the mind accompanied by nastiness, anger, resentment, desire to destroy and abuse and beating down the being that I am jealous of. I accept and realize that the more I react to the picture the more attention and thus power I am giving it thus giving it permission to possess me. Who I really am is not a picture within my mind and that it is not acceptable to allow myself to be directed and controlled by such a picture in my mind.
I do not accept and allow myself to separate myself from my accepted nature as jealousy, nastiness, anger, resentment, desire to destroy and abuse.
I accept and allow myself to see and investigate what I have accepted and allowed myself to be and become as jealousy, nastiness, anger, resentment, desire to destroy and abuse and beating down reflected in the picture within my mind.
I accept and allow myself to stand up within it and take self-responsibility for what I have accepted and allowed myself to be and become as jealousy, nastiness, anger, resentment, desire to destroy and abuse.
I accept and allow myself to stand up, stop and transform my accepted nature of jealousy, nastiness, anger, resentment, desire to destroy and abuse to live as who I really am as LIFE here in breath.
Re-writing the scripture:
When the picture comes up into my mind again, I stop, I breathe, I bring myself back to the physical and participate something in the physical. If the picture keeps coming up over and over again, I check whether there are points that I am still holding onto which I have not applied self-forgiveness to release myself from. I stand up and take responsibility for what I have accepted and allowed myself to be and become as jealousy, nastiness, anger, resentment, destruction and abuse. I do not allow myself to continue to live such applied nature. I remain here as breath in and as the physical assisting and supporting myself to walk transformation of my accepted nature into LIFE.
The Memories Work-Sheet
My father’s jealousy: Two years ago when I went back home in China from US. I showed my parents a video of me giving a lecture in English on a class which received some cool audience feedback. After seeing that video, my father also attempted to give a ‘lecture’ in front of us. My mother knew why he was doing that since they have been living together for so many years – the reason is that he was comparing with me in the video and was trying to show us that he is also able to do that sort of things – in my mother’s words he has such a strong ‘upward mobility’. Well, it’s basically driven by comparison and competition - even between father and son. This memory is related to the original thought in that now my father is in the role of the ‘boss’ and I am in the role of the ‘subordinate’ in the hierarchy interpretation of the father-son relationship, while the pattern is the same – comparison and competition.
Self-Forgiveness
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to hold onto the memory of two years ago when I showed my parents a video of me giving a lecture in English on a class and my father participated in comparison and competition and attempted to prove to us that he is able to do the same by trying to give us a lecture.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to connect the memory of me showing my parents a lecture video of me where my father participated in comparison and competition to the thought ‘her contribution is more than me – the boss’.
Self-Corrective Statements:
I accept and realize that judging my father for his participation in comparison, competition and jealousy is me shifting my responsibility to others so that I do not face my accepted and allowed mind pattern of comparison, competition and jealousy.
I do not accept and allow myself to participate in my mind in memories trying to divert my attention from myself to others so that I can shift my responsibility of working with what I have accepted and allowed.
I do not accept and allow myself to divert my attention away from taking self-responsibility through working with the pattern that I have accepted and allowed.

I do not accept and allow myself to define my self-expression within a lecture video which I see myself as being expressive.
I do not accept and allow myself to separate myself from self-expression through defining my self-expression within a video.
I accept and allow my self-expression here as who I am in every moment as every breath.
Re-writing the script:
When the thought ‘Her contribution is more than me – the boss(功高盖主)’ comes up, I stop and breathe. I do not accept myself to go into my mind participating in memories – shifting my responsibility to others within memories. I remain here as the breath of life, taking self-responsibility for the point that I am dealing with, and express myself as who I am in the moment as breath.

I am a DIP agent. If you like what I do, you can work with me in the DIP.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to judge my father for his participation in comparison and competition.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to separate myself from my father through my participation in judgment of my father.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to shift responsibility onto my father instead of realizing that I have become exactly the same as my father within participation in comparison, competition and jealousy.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to define myself according to the video of me giving a lecture in English.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to connect the word self-expression to the video of me giving a lecture in English.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to define self-expression within the video of me giving a lecture in English.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to separate myself from self-expression through defining self-expression within the lecture video in separation of myself.
I do not accept and allow myself to use mental projections to escape from facing myself.
I accept and allow myself to take self-responsibility, investigating and working with what I am experiencing and who I am within my experience.
I accept and realize that self-expression is here as who I am in every moment as every breath – not defined by a video where I see myself as being expressive.

Working on the Trust System in DIP
The following is extracted from my 7th assignment of the Introduction to Desteni Course within the Desteni I Process( http://desteniiprocess.com/ ) , where I worked on the Trust system.
Writing:
I will take the most relevant part of an event that happened in my world for the purpose of this assignment.
The event that took place involved another two persons which I will use F and A to represent them. F and I had disagreements on some issues. F sent to A an email which involved something about me, but I did not know the specific content of that email. But from A’s response, I had a thought that ‘The email F sent to A must be untrue and misrepresentative about me and what happened and that has caused A to distrust me.’
The related system design I am going to work on in this assignment is trust.
Various Components I will be working with:
Thought: The email F sent to A must be untrue and misrepresentative about me and what happened and that has caused A to distrust me.
Emotion: anger
Words: distrust/trust
Pictures: No specific picture is related to the original thought.
Memories: College entrance examination
The Thoughts Work-Sheet
The email F sent to A must be untrue and misrepresentative about me and what happened and that has caused A to distrust me.
Self-Forgiveness:
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate in the thought ‘The email F sent to A must be untrue and misrepresentative about me and what happened and that has caused A to distrust me.’
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing the thought ‘The email F sent to A must be untrue and misrepresentative about me and what happened and that has caused A to distrust me’ to my interpretation of A’s response by taking it personally.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing my interpretation of A’s response through taking it personally to exist as a trigger point within me, triggering the thought ‘The email F sent to A must be untrue and misrepresentative about me and what happened and that has caused A to distrust me’.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to separate myself and my trust from myself through placing my trust outside me separate from me.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to separate myself from myself, from my own self-trust, and from the being A through defining and placing my trust within A separate from me.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that trusting another outside of me separate from me, defining my trust outside of myself is actually a manifestation of me being a wimp, using an excuse for not trusting myself because I actually fear taking self-responsibility.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to place trust outside of me because I fear myself – fear what I have accepted and allowed myself to be and become.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear realizing and trusting my own self-honesty – taking responsibility for myself, my life and my creation as this world.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to place trust in someone else so that if they fuck up, then I am able to blame them and then I am not being responsible.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to try to get other people to trust me because if they trust me, I can manipulate them to have my way and control my world.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to be unwilling to admit that I participated in manipulation and control within wanting other people to trust me because then I am a bad person.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to judge myself as a bad person because I have judged the word manipulation and control.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge the words manipulation and control as bad/wrong/negative.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to separate myself from the words manipulation and control through judging the words manipulation and control as bad/wrong/negative – in separation of myself.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to want/desire/need others to trust me so that I can manipulate and control others for my own advantage of my ego of self-interest.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to want people to trust me so that I can manipulate them to get what I want/need/desire of self-interest.
I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to realize that if I place my trust in another, then they will betray and deceive me – equal and one to my starting point of self-deception within placing my trust outside of me.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that betrayal does not actually exist – what exists is self-betrayal within the very starting point of trusting others and placing trust in separation from myself thus self-dishonesty and therefore I am responsible.
I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to realize that I am responsible for the manifested experience of betrayal because I have betrayed myself through separating myself from self-trust.
I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to realize that trust has never existed, but trust has been existing as a system hiding deception – what exists behind trust is deception and this world exists in deception.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that placing my trust out there in other human beings creates and compounds emotions and feelings and thoughts and memories and pictures inside the mind, thus assisting and supporting the manifestation and generation of the mind consciousness system within me.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that ‘trust’ is the relationship connection line that connects relationships as the mind consciousness systems, which is manifesting this existence of separation.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that I am self-dishonest from the very starting point of placing my trust within another outside of me separate from me.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that the web of self-dishonesty and separation is woven through relationship connections of placing trust outside and separate from self, instead of here as self – I am self-trust, I take self-responsibility.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define trust outside separate from me, creating relationship connections of ‘attempting and trying to hide’.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to hide behind relationships instead of facing myself and taking self-responsibility within the application of self-honesty.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that who I am as one as equal as myself is here as every breath and in defining my trust separate from myself within another human being or other human beings within this world, I have separated me from myself which is self-dishonesty because I am separating myself from myself and existing in separation with another human being – which is manifesting a relationship, where two mind systems come together and experience each other together and support and assist each other as mind consciousness systems.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to rely on memories to tell me what to do/who to be.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to trust my mind to tell me what to do and who to be.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to trust my memories instead of trusting myself.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to abdicate self-responsibility to my mind in trusting my mind rather than me.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to diminish my self-trust through continuously choosing my mind over me – following what my mind tells me to do, suppressing myself – instead of doing and saying what I see requires to be done or spoken in a moment.
I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing to act in breath here within the context of what is best for all, live here completely, embracing what is best for all – trusting myself and being trustworthy.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to live the word trust as who I am as the expression of the application of self-honesty as who I am.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that within the illusion of defining my trust within another separate from me I am not actually able to trust anything or anyone within this world and within this existence – because self-trust is here as who I am in every moment of every breath.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that self-trust is the expression of self that manifests in application of self-honesty as self in every moment of every breath.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that self-trust is an infinite expression of self, is an infinite statement of self in application that remains as self in every moment of every breath.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that self-trust cannot exist without self-honesty.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to live self-honesty as me and within self-honesty trust me.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that self-honesty and self-trust are equal and one in expression and application.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that self-honesty is the application and self-trust is the expression of the application of self-honesty – both self-honesty and self-trust as one living example of self is who I am here in every moment of every breath.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be self-dishonest with the experience of myself in the moment (instead of doing and saying what I see requires to be done or spoken in a moment) and continued that self-dishonesty within me in ignoring what I am actually experiencing within me – within that I have ‘lost’ that expression of me of self-honesty and just do what everyone else wants me to do – in that inverting and suppressing myself – and in that my trust is dispersed.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that the way my trust is connected to relationships outside of me is because I have suppressed my own self-honesty and therefore no self-trust exists and then I defined my self-trust separate from myself because I have separated myself from my own self-honesty.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to establish self-certainty as ‘who I am’ in every moment of every breath as the expression of self-trust within and as the application of self-honesty.
Self-Corrective Statements:
I accept and realize that trust is self-dishonesty because within placing trust outside of me, I am separating myself from myself, my trust and other human beings.
I do not accept and allow myself to place trust outside of me separate from me – I accept and allow trust the expression of who I am equal and one with the application of self-honesty as who I am in every moment as every breath.
I accept and realize that defining my trust outside of myself is actually a manifestation of me being a wimp, using an excuse to not trust myself because of fear of taking self-responsibility. And that by placing trust outside of me separate from me – I can use that as an excuse to blame if things fuck up so that I do not have to take self-responsibility.
I do not accept and allow myself to blame others if things fuck up because apparently I have placed trust within them while they have dishonored my trust.
I accept and allow myself to trust my own self-honesty – taking responsibility for myself, my life and my creation as this world.
I accept and realize that me wanting other people to trust me is because I want to manipulate others to have it my way and control my world to support my ego of self-interest
I do not accept and allow myself to use trust to manipulate and control.
I do not accept myself to support my ego of self-interest under the disguise of trust.
I accept and allow myself to stop the manipulation and control under the disguise of trust.
I accept and allow myself to live self-trust as the expression of who I am of self-honesty here in breath.
I accept and realize that the starting-point of/as trusting another outside of self is deception – and that is what I will manifest because I am deceiving myself in the very starting-point of placing my trust outside of self. I accept and realize that I am responsible for the manifested experience of betrayal because I have betrayed myself through separating myself from self-trust.
I do not accept and allow self-betrayal as my starting point of/as separating myself from my self-trust through placing trust outside of me separate from me.
I do not accept and allow myself to blame others to betray me instead I accept and allow myself to take self-responsibility within self-honesty and sort out my starting point of self-betrayal.
I accept and realize that trust has never actually existed, but trust has been existing as a system hiding deception. I accept and realize that placing my trust out there in other human beings creates and compounds emotions and feelings and thoughts and memories and pictures inside the mind, thus assisting and supporting the manifestation and generation of the mind consciousness system within me and the manifestation of this existence of separation. I accept and realize that the web of self-dishonesty and separation is woven through relationship connections of placing trust outside and separate from self where two mind systems come together and experience each other together and support and assist each other as mind consciousness systems, instead of self-trust being here as self.
I do not accept and allow myself to hide behind relationships through placing and defining trust outside separate from me thus supporting the mind consciousness system and this manifested consciousness existence of separation.
I accept and realize that if I am continuously dishonest with myself – I’ll lose all trust in myself, because in moments I required to speak or act in self-honesty I followed my mind and suppressed myself and did not do it.
I do not accept myself to rely on my past/memories, thoughts, emotions, and feelings as my mind to tell me what to do and who I am.
I do not accept and allow myself to diminish my self-trust through continuously choosing my mind over me – following what my mind tells me to do, suppressing myself.
I accept and allow myself to assist and support myself to do and say what I see requires to be done or spoken in the here moment in breath within the context of what is best for all - live here completely, embracing what is best for all – trusting myself and being trustworthy.
I accept and allow myself and to take self-responsibility within the application of self-honesty as me here and express myself in self-trust accordingly in the moment of breath as who I am as one as equal as myself here within the consideration of what is best for all.
Re-scripture of the practical solution for the trigger point
When an event occurs which is unclear to me yet, I slow down and breathe. I do not accept myself to rush into reactions. If any reactions such as panic, anger, blame etc come up, I breathe and stop them. I do not accept myself to go into assumptions and interpretations, jump into conclusions, and create opinions and make-beliefs within my mind about what this event is. If such assumptions/interpretations/opinions/beliefs etc do come up, I bring them back to myself and investigate within self-honesty why do such things exist within me – if any points are revealed within investigation I apply self-forgiveness and self corrective application to sort myself out.
The Emotion or Feeling Work-Sheet
Anger
Self-Forgiveness:
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing to connect the emotion of anger and grievance to the thought ‘The email F sent to A must be untrue and misrepresentative about me and what happened and that has caused A to distrust me.’
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing the thought/assumption/perception/idea/belief/interpretation that ‘The email F sent to A must be untrue and misrepresentative about me and what happened’ and that has caused A to trust me’ to exist as a trigger point within me, triggering the emotion of grievance and anger.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to go into the emotional experience of anger because I believed that it is all F’s fault to mispresent information to A about me which caused A to distrust me.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to be angry because I feel that I am not trusted anymore.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to desire to be trusted by other people.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that the only that exists is the anger of self because of self-dishonesty.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that the anger that I directed and blamed onto F is actually the anger that exist within me due to my participation in self-dishonesty.
I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to realize that I am self-dishonest within the very starting point of placing trust within A in separation of myself so that I can manipulate and control.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to go into the emotion of anger because I can no longer manipulate and control if people do not trust me.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to go into the emotion of anger because my self-dishonesty is not supported.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to go into the emotion of anger because I believed I am the victim in this event and F is the one who abused me so that I have the right to be angry and blame F.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to perceive/believe that I have the right to be angry because apparently I am the victim in this event and F is the one who abused me.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to justify my anger through manipulating myself to go into the victim self-definition of being treated unfairly.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to blame F for my emotional reaction of anger which originates from my own accepted and allowed self-dishonesty of placing trust outside of me separate from me, so that I do not have to take self-responsibility for my accepted and allowed self-dishonesty.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to blame F for my emotional reaction of anger instead of realizing that I am responsible for my emotional reaction because the anger is actually revealing my accepted and allowed self-dishonesty of placing my trust in separation of myself.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to participate in the emotional experience of grievance because I felt that I had been treated unfairly due to mispresented information about me by F.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to blame F for my emotional reaction of anger and grievance.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to go into the emotional experience based on an assumption that F sent A an email with mispresented information about me while that is merely an assumption and I do not know whether that is a fact or not.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to believe the assumption that I have made within my mind to be real.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to be directed by my own make-beliefs within my mind that is not based on facts but based on assumptions.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to jump into conclusions based on assumptions/opinions/perceptions/ideas/beliefs – conning myself with illusions that I have conjured up within my mind.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to be deluded by my conclusions/assumptions/opinions/perceptions/ideas/beliefs that I have made about an event that took place.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to place myself into the self-definition of a victim based on make-beliefs that I have convinced myself to be real.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to victimize myself using make-beliefs that I have created within my mind so that I can define myself as a victim and participate in the emotion of grievance, blame and anger.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to victimize myself so that I can just dwell on blame instead of taking self-responsibility.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to participate in self-manipulation within manipulating myself into self-victimization so that I do not take self-responsibility.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to be addicted to the self-victimization.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to manipulate myself into a victim state to abdicate self-responsibility.
Self-Corrective Statements:
I accept and realize that my grievance and anger has nothing to do with F or A because these emotions exist within me and I am responsible for my participation in them – and that I can not blame F for my emotional reaction because blame is abdication of self-responsibility.
I do not accept and allow myself to blame others for my emotional reaction which exist within me and which I accepted and allowed myself to participate in.
I accept and allow myself to take self-responsibility to stop the blame that I have directed to F.
I accept and allow myself to take self-responsibility to stop the emotion of grievance and anger that I participated in.
I do not accept and allow myself to justify the emotion of grievance and anger using the construct of blame or any other self-manipulation techniques.
I accept and realize that the anger that I experienced is actually anger of myself due to self-dishonesty and that I am self-dishonest from the very starting point of separating myself from my self-trust and desire trust from others so that I can manipulate and control.
I do not accept and allow myself to participate in the self-dishonesty of placing trust outside of me separate from me.
I do not accept and allow myself to desire/want/need trust from others just so that I can manipulate and control.
I accept and realize that my emotional reaction of anger and grievance is based on an Assumption that F mispresented information about me in an email to A – that is not based on facts but based on assumptions/perceptions/ideas/beliefs/opinions within/of my mind, which is not real and that I am delusional to believe those make-beliefs to be real. I accept and realize that I am manipulating myself into the self-definition of a victim through my make-beliefs so that I can blame instead of taking self-responsibility.
I do not accept and allow myself to believe assumptions/perceptions/ideas/beliefs/opinions to be real.
I do not accept and allow myself to delude myself into believing that which come up into my mind must be real and true.
I do not accept and allow myself to believe whatever my mind tells me merely because those thoughts pop up into my mind.
I do not accept and allow myself to trust my self-deluded make-beliefs.
I do not accept and allow myself to be led into emotional reactions of grievance and anger due to my accepted and allowed delusions as make-beliefs.
I do not accept and allow myself to be directed by make-beliefs/perceptions/ideas/interpretations/assumptions that come up into my mind.
I do not accept and allow myself to participate in self-manipulation, manipulating myself into the self-definition as a victim.
I do not accept and allow myself to victimize myself and abdicate self-responsibility.
I accept and allow myself to take self-responsibility for myself for what I have accepted and allowed - the make-beliefs that I have created within my mind in the first place and my self-created definition of a victim and the self-manipulation techniques I used to manipulate myself into believing myself to be a victim and the emotional reactions of grievance, anger and blame.

New definition of the word trust:
Trust placed outside of self separate from self is self-dishonesty which manifests as relationship connections supporting mind consciousness systems and this consciousness existence of separation.
Self-trust is the expression of self that manifests in application of self as self-honesty as who I am here in every moment of every breath.
The Pictures Work-Sheet
No specific pictures are related to that original thought.
The Memories Work-Sheet
College entrance examination: The memory is about my college entrance examination which was about eight years ago. I did not perform well enough to be able to enter the top two universities in China as my father expected. My father was disappointed and angry. His claim was that he had provided me with everything he could do for my study and exam, and thus of course it was my fault that I was not able to enter the top 2 universities as he so eagerly desired. I was disgusted with his drastic change in attitude before and after the exam. I felt betrayed at the difficult time when I needed his support while what he did is to rub salt into my wound. He rubbed his nose in it many times for quite a long period of time after the exam, mentioning to me and others in conversation that my other classmates have entered those top two universities while just left me out. I see that all he cared about me entering the top 2 universities is to gain him glory. When I did not fulfill his desire and meet his expectation, he transformed himself into a completely different man. The ‘trust’ between us was ruptured – although that was not the first time but it was definitely a prominent event which burned into my mind.
Note: some of the descriptions above were made from the starting point of emotional reactions. I will sort them out in self-forgiveness.
Self-Forgiveness
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to connect the memory of ‘my college entrance examination ‘failure’ where my father changed dramatically in his attitude towards me before and after the exam and rubbing salt into my wound within which I experienced disgust, betrayal, anger and blame’ to the thought ‘The email F sent to A must be untrue and misrepresentative about me and what happened and that has caused A to distrust me.’
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to hold onto the memory of ‘my college entrance examination ‘failure’ where my father changed dramatically in his attitude towards me before and after the exam and rubbing salt into my wound within which I experienced disgust, betrayal, anger and blame’.
I forgive for accepting and allowing myself to hold onto the memory because I see it as a traumatic experience where I saw the deceptive nature of my father’s ‘care’ and that I have defined the word betrayal, deception, disgust, and anger within this memory.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to hold onto this college entrance exam failure memory because I have defined it as a trauma – instead of realizing that the trauma is of the mind consciousness system and not of who I really am – who I really am as LIFE cannot actually be harmed or traumatized.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to perceive believe that I have been harmed emotionally by my father instead of realizing that it is merely a perception of the mind consciousness system within me which I have believed to be who I am.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to define the words betrayal, deception, disgust, anger and blame within the college entrance exam failure memory.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to separate myself from the words betrayal, deception, disgust, anger through defining these words within the college entrance exam failure memory in separation of myself.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that I am equal and one with these words betrayal, deception, disgust, anger and that I am responsible for my experience as these words betrayal, deception, disgust and anger because I betrayed and deceived myself from my very starting point of placing trust within my father in separation of myself and thus the disgust and anger I experienced towards my father is actually what I am experiencing within myself for what I have accepted and allowed myself to be and become as self-dishonesty in self-separation.
I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to realize that I am responsible for my experience of betrayal, deception, disgust, and anger and that I cannot blame my father for what I experienced because then that would be abdication of self-responsibility.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to hold onto disgust, anger and blame towards my father instead of taking responsibility for myself for what I have accepted and allowed of self-dishonesty.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to blame my father for not supporting me when I was having a difficult time while what he did is to ‘rub salt into my wound’.
I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to realize that I have separated myself from self-support through placing support into my father in separation of myself.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to blame my father because apparently it is his fault to ‘rub salt into my wound’ instead of realizing that my reaction towards his reaction is my own responsibility.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to take my father’s words personally – while what he was saying and what he was doing was merely expressing and reflecting what was going on within himself.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that I am responsible for taking my father’s words and actions personally and participating in reactions to my father’s reactions.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to blame my father for rubbing his nose in it many times for quite a long period of time after the exam, mentioning to me and others in conversation that my other classmates have entered those top two universities while just left me out.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to react to my father’s words of rubbing his nose in it about my college entrance exam failure – instead of realizing that I am responsible for taking them personally and reacting to those words.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to abdicate self-responsibility through blaming my father for my reactions towards his words and actions through taking them personally.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to participate in the emotional reaction of anger, disgust and blame based on my own reactions towards my father’s words and actions.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to define myself according to and as the emotional reaction of anger, disgust and blame – instead of taking self-responsibility for my reactions and stop them.
Self-Corrective Statements:
I accept and realize that I am responsible for my experience of betrayal, deception, disgust and anger because I betrayed and deceived myself from my very starting point of placing trust, care and support within my father in separation of myself and thus the disgust and anger I experienced towards my father is actually what I am experiencing within myself for what I have accepted and allowed myself to be and become as self-dishonesty in self-separation.
I accept and realize that I am self-responsible for taking my father’s words and actions personally and thus reacting to him and I accept and realize that blaming my father for my reactions is an act of abdication of self-responsibility.
I accept and allow myself to take self-responsibility and sort out my starting point of self-dishonesty as placing trust, care, and support within my father in separation of myself.
I accept and realize trust, care, support is here as who I am in every moment of every breath.
I do not accept and allow myself to participate in the construct of blame, abdicating self-responsibility.
I do not accept and allow myself to take my father’s words and actions personally or reacting to them.
Re-scripture of the practical solution for the trigger point:
When the thought ‘The email F sent to A must be untrue and misrepresentative about me and what happened and that has caused A to distrust me’ and the word ‘trust’ comes up into my mind, I stop and breathe, I do not accept and allow myself to continue to participate in this thought and go into the memory of college entrance examination failure. I tell myself to ‘Stop!’ ‘Delete!’ If it comes up over and over again I investigate the memory to see whether there are still points that I have not dealt with yet and assist and support myself with effective self-forgiveness and self-corrective-application.

I am a DIP agent. If you like what I do, you can work with me in the DIP.
