Working on the Jealousy System in DIP

The following is extracted from my 8th assignment of the Introduction to Desteni Course within the Desteni I Process( http://desteniiprocess.com/ ) , where I worked on the Jealousy system.

Writing:

Recently we have been having quite some group discussions on QQ(a software that is like skype but mainly used by people in China Mainland). A person L who recently started to participate actively in Desteni Chinese seemed to have done a lot of reading on various materials and she has been answering people’s questions and directing the situation very effectively. After observing this person’s expressions and what she did, I had a thought of ‘Her contribution is more than me – the boss’(The actual thought is in Chinese“功高盖主”and here I am translating it into English for understanding). I compared myself with her and felt inferior and perceived that my thunder has been stolen. I experienced jealousy towards her for her expression. I noticed this point and applied self-forgiveness on it.

I this assignment I am working with the system of jealousy.

The various components I will be working with:

Thought: Her contribution is more than me – the boss.

Emotions and Feelings: Emotion: sadness

Words: Jealousy

Pictures: the picture is using a fist to beat a person’s head down onto the electric stove.

Memories: My father’s jealousy

The Thoughts Work-Sheet

Her contribution is more than me – the boss.

Self-Forgiveness

I forgive for accepting and allowing myself to participate in the thought ‘her contribution is more than me – the superior’ when I saw the person L was very effective in answering people’s questions in the Desteni QQ group.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to connect the thought ‘her contribution is more than me – the superior’ to seeing the person L being very effective in answering people’s questions.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing seeing the person L being very effective in answering people’s questions to exist as a triggering point within me, triggering the thought ‘her contribution is more than me – the superior’.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to compare myself with L in the ability to answer people’s questions.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to compare myself with L in knowledge and understanding.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to participate in comparison and competition with L.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to separate myself from L through participation in comparison and competition.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to feel inferior to L through my participation in comparison and competition.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to believe that inferiority actually exists.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to believe that superiority actually exists.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to judge myself in comparison to others as ‘more than’ or ‘less than’ them.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to judge myself as less than in comparison to L in knowledge and understanding of materials.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to judge myself as less than in comparison to L in answering people’s questions.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to judge myself as less than in comparison to L in information processing skills and reading abilities.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe myself to be superior.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to hold onto the make-belief that I am superior.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to regard L as my subordinate and thus ‘supposedly’ inferior.

I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to see/treat L as my equal.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to separate myself from l through regarding L as my subordinate and me as the ‘boss’.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to create an idea of me being the boss and L as my subordinate.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to believe myself to be the boss and that my authority should not be challenged or threatened by my ‘subordinate’.

I forgive myself to perceive/believe that my status as a boss has been threatened because the subordinate is more than me the boss, instead of realizing that the ‘boss’ status is not real in the first place – it is just an idea within my mind which I used to hide the inferiority that exist within me.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to use the boss belief of myself to hide/cover up the inferiority that exists within me.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to participate and exist within the polarity design of inferiority and superiority.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to feel/perceive/believe that my status of superiority has been threatened by L, instead of realizing that the belief of me being superior is not real in the first place.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to hold onto the self-definition of being superior.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing superiority to exist within and as me.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to use knowledge and information to create the belief of superiority/inferiority.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to believe that if I know more than others then I am superior.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to feel inferior to a person when that person knows something that I do not know yet.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to use/abuse/manipulate knowledge and information to hold onto my self-belief of being superior.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to always want to win within my mind.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing to think that I know this knowledge that you do not know so I am still better than you – I am still superior to you.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to manipulate myself to believe that I am still superior to keep my superiority intact.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear losing the believed superior status that I have established within my mind.

I forgive myself to connect losing superiority to fear and thus I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear my own fear.

I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to realize that the superiority status that I have established within my mind is not real and is just an idea/belief about myself.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to hold onto the self-definition of being superior.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to perceive that my thunder has been stolen by L because she is getting more attention than me in the group.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to desire to get other people’s attentions because I have not given myself attention.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to compare myself with L in how much attention is given to us.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to desire that people focus more on me than on L.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to feel threatened when I see L gets more attention from others.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to believe that I cannot tolerate another person being more than me.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to hold onto the belief that the ‘subordinate’ should not be better than the ‘boss’.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to have the desire to contain the person always less than me so that I can always be more than.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to desire to be always more than others.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to always want to win over others.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to be jealous of L because I perceive/believe that L is more than me.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to judge myself as less than/more than, inferior/superior through comparison and competition with others.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to believe that the self-judgments as more than/less than, inferior/superior is real.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to feel threatened by beings who I see as superior to me.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to use nastiness, spite and gossip to exalt myself as ego above the other being within my mind – so that I can feel like I have won and other being has lost.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to try and destroy whoever I am jealous about – through nastiness, spite and gossip.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to participate in the thought everybody falls as a means to make myself feel that I have won within my mind.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to desire to put the being who I perceive to be more than me down so that I do not experience inferiority.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to abdicate self-responsibility through believing that it is the person outside me who I perceive to be superior to me that is causing me to be inferior – instead of realizing that I am responsible for what I experience within me – the inferiority/superiority.

I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that within jealousy lies an opportunity for me to assist and support myself in learning from the person I am jealous about – so that I equalize myself with this being.

Self-Corrective Statements:

I accept and realize that comparison and competitions is of the mind, supporting the polarity game of superiority/inferiority, win/lose and does not support who I really am as Life.

I do not accept and allow myself to participate in comparison and competition of the mind.

I do not accept and allow myself to participate in the polarity game of superiority/inferiority, win/lose of the mind through participation in comparison/competition.

I do not accept and allow myself to support my mind of the polarity game.

I support who I really am as LIFE here in breath.

I accept and realize that superiority/inferiority is not real – they are games played within my mind which I believed to be real. I accept and realize that the idea of me being the boss the superior and L being my subordinate the inferior is not real – it is just an idea within my mind and that it is not actually supporting anyone.

I do not accept and allow myself to believe that superiority/inferiority is real.

I do not accept and allow myself to participate in the mind game of superiority/inferiority.

I do not accept and allow myself to hold onto the perception/idea/belief of me being the boss/superior and L being my subordinate/inferior.

I do not accept and allow myself to support the illusion of myself of my mind as perceptions/ideas/beliefs that I have created as myself which I have believed to be who I am.

I do not accept and allow myself to judge myself or others as less than/more than, superior/inferior through my participation in comparison/competition.

I do not accept and allow myself to judge others as that would be accepting and allowing myself to judge myself.

I accept and realize that whenever anything nasty comes up about another person, it is because I am jealous. I accept and realize that nastiness, spite and gossip are indicators of jealousy.

I accept and allow myself to investigate within myself the point of jealousy when nastiness, spite and gossip come up about another person.

I do not accept and allow myself to feed nastiness, spite and gossip through participation.

I do not accept and allow myself to feed the desire to win within my mind.

I do not accept and allow myself to feed the desire to destroy others, to bring them down because I am jealous of them.

I accept and realize that jealousy furthers the enslavement of separation.

I do not accept and allow myself to participate in jealousy.

I do not accept and allow myself to participate in the enslavement of separation through participation in jealousy.

I accept and realize that within jealousy lies an opportunity for me to assist and support myself in learning from the person I am jealous about – so that I equalize myself with this being.

I accept and allow myself to assist and support myself in learning from the person I am jealous about.

I accept and allow myself to equalize myself with the person I am jealous about.

I accept and allow myself to equalize myself with the person L in information processing ability, reading ability, understanding, realizations, ability of answering questions effectively.

Rewriting the script:

When I see L being effective in answering people’s questions in Desteni QQ group, I do not accept myself to participate in the thought ‘Her contribution is more than me the boss’. I stop. I breathe. I do not accept myself to go into comparison and competition or create the self-judgment of inferiority, which is not real. Instead, I assist and support myself to equalize myself with the being in the ability of information processing ability, reading ability, understanding, realizations, ability of answering questions effectively. I stand one and equal with the being L as myself.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to define myself as being superior according to my position in the process.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to feel sad and disappointed because of the perceived ‘loss’.

Self-Corrective Statements:

I accept and realize that each one is in their individual process and that my position in the process does not define who I am. And that this process is not like running a race at all – who is the first runner, who runs better, who runs faster, who is ahead, who is behind etc.

I do not accept and allow myself to compare myself with others in where we are currently in our process.

I do not accept and allow myself to define myself according to my position in the process.

I do not accept and allow myself to define others according to their position in their process.

I do not accept and allow myself to use my position to support my ego superiority.

I do not accept and allow myself to participate in comparison, competition like running a race in this process.

I do not accept and allow myself to participate in the emotion of sadness and disappointment based on illusions as ideas of running ahead or being left behind within the ‘race’.

I do not accept and allow myself to participate in the ‘race’ in this process.

I accept and allow myself to walk this process as who I am equal and one with others walking this process together with me – assisting and supporting each other as who we really are as LIFE.

I accept and realize that I ideas and values that I have attached to forerunner in the process is not real and that it does not support me or anyone.

I do not accept and allow myself to hold onto the ideas and values that I have attached to forerunner.

I accept and allow myself to live here without the ideas and values attached to definitions separate from me here.

I accept and realize that the emotion of sadness and disappointment is based on the idea that I have apparently lost my position in the process and that it is not real.

I do not accept and allow myself to participate in the emotional experience off sadness and disappointment.

I do not accept and allow myself to be directed by an idea that I have apparently lost my position in the process because that idea is not real in the first place.

I accept and allow myself to drop the values ideas that I have attached to my position in the process.

Rewrite-scripture:

When the thought ‘Her contribution is more than me the boss’ comes up, I stop and breathe. I stop the emotional experience of sadness and disappointment. I accept the being as one and equal as me - assisting and supporting each other as who we really are as LIFE. The Pictures Work-Sheet

The picture is using a fist to beat a person’s head down onto the electric stove: There is a burning electric stove in the middle. A woman’s head is facing downward on the electric stove with a fist hitting at the back of her head – hitting her head onto the electric stove.

Self-Forgiveness

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to participate in my mind in the picture of using a fist hitting at the back of a woman’s head to force her head onto the burning electric stove.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing the picture of using a fist hitting at the back of a woman’s head to force her head onto the burning electric stove to exist within and as me.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to connect the words jealousy, nastiness, anger, resentment, destroy, abuse, beating down to the picture of hitting at the woman’s head onto the electric stove.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to define jealousy, nastiness, anger, resentment, destroy, abuse, beating down within the picture of hitting at the woman’s head onto the electric stove.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to connect the picture of using a fist to hit on the woman’s head onto the electric stove to the thought ‘her contribution is more than me the boss’.

Self-Corrective Statements

I accept and realize that this picture represents the jealousy that exist within and as me of the mind accompanied by nastiness, anger, resentment, desire to destroy and abuse and beating down the being that I am jealous of. I accept and realize that the more I react to the picture the more attention and thus power I am giving it thus giving it permission to possess me. Who I really am is not a picture within my mind and that it is not acceptable to allow myself to be directed and controlled by such a picture in my mind.

I do not accept and allow myself to separate myself from my accepted nature as jealousy, nastiness, anger, resentment, desire to destroy and abuse.

I accept and allow myself to see and investigate what I have accepted and allowed myself to be and become as jealousy, nastiness, anger, resentment, desire to destroy and abuse and beating down reflected in the picture within my mind.

I accept and allow myself to stand up within it and take self-responsibility for what I have accepted and allowed myself to be and become as jealousy, nastiness, anger, resentment, desire to destroy and abuse.

I accept and allow myself to stand up, stop and transform my accepted nature of jealousy, nastiness, anger, resentment, desire to destroy and abuse to live as who I really am as LIFE here in breath.

Re-writing the scripture:

When the picture comes up into my mind again, I stop, I breathe, I bring myself back to the physical and participate something in the physical. If the picture keeps coming up over and over again, I check whether there are points that I am still holding onto which I have not applied self-forgiveness to release myself from. I stand up and take responsibility for what I have accepted and allowed myself to be and become as jealousy, nastiness, anger, resentment, destruction and abuse. I do not allow myself to continue to live such applied nature. I remain here as breath in and as the physical assisting and supporting myself to walk transformation of my accepted nature into LIFE.

The Memories Work-Sheet

My father’s jealousy: Two years ago when I went back home in China from US. I showed my parents a video of me giving a lecture in English on a class which received some cool audience feedback. After seeing that video, my father also attempted to give a ‘lecture’ in front of us. My mother knew why he was doing that since they have been living together for so many years – the reason is that he was comparing with me in the video and was trying to show us that he is also able to do that sort of things – in my mother’s words he has such a strong ‘upward mobility’. Well, it’s basically driven by comparison and competition - even between father and son. This memory is related to the original thought in that now my father is in the role of the ‘boss’ and I am in the role of the ‘subordinate’ in the hierarchy interpretation of the father-son relationship, while the pattern is the same – comparison and competition.

Self-Forgiveness

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to hold onto the memory of two years ago when I showed my parents a video of me giving a lecture in English on a class and my father participated in comparison and competition and attempted to prove to us that he is able to do the same by trying to give us a lecture.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to judge my father for his participation in comparison and competition.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to separate myself from my father through my participation in judgment of my father.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to shift responsibility onto my father instead of realizing that I have become exactly the same as my father within participation in comparison, competition and jealousy.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to define myself according to the video of me giving a lecture in English.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to connect the word self-expression to the video of me giving a lecture in English.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to define self-expression within the video of me giving a lecture in English.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to separate myself from self-expression through defining self-expression within the lecture video in separation of myself.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to connect the memory of me showing my parents a lecture video of me where my father participated in comparison and competition to the thought ‘her contribution is more than me – the boss’.

Self-Corrective Statements:

I accept and realize that judging my father for his participation in comparison, competition and jealousy is me shifting my responsibility to others so that I do not face my accepted and allowed mind pattern of comparison, competition and jealousy.

I do not accept and allow myself to participate in my mind in memories trying to divert my attention from myself to others so that I can shift my responsibility of working with what I have accepted and allowed.

I do not accept and allow myself to divert my attention away from taking self-responsibility through working with the pattern that I have accepted and allowed.

I do not accept and allow myself to use mental projections to escape from facing myself.

I accept and allow myself to take self-responsibility, investigating and working with what I am experiencing and who I am within my experience.

I accept and realize that self-expression is here as who I am in every moment as every breath – not defined by a video where I see myself as being expressive.

I do not accept and allow myself to define my self-expression within a lecture video which I see myself as being expressive.

I do not accept and allow myself to separate myself from self-expression through defining my self-expression within a video.

I accept and allow my self-expression here as who I am in every moment as every breath.

Re-writing the script:

When the thought ‘Her contribution is more than me – the boss(功高盖主)’ comes up, I stop and breathe. I do not accept myself to go into my mind participating in memories – shifting my responsibility to others within memories. I remain here as the breath of life, taking self-responsibility for the point that I am dealing with, and express myself as who I am in the moment as breath.

Working on the Energy Fluntuation System in DIP

The following is extracted from my 6th assignment of the Introduction to Desteni Course within the Desteni I Process( http://desteniiprocess.com/ ) , where I worked on the energy fluctuation system.

Writing:

The experience I am writing here is related to the design of energy fluctuation that I experienced in my office. When I was studying the Introduction course material in the afternoon after I had some food, I became lethargic/sleepy when I came to the point of the design of anger, which I know is a transcendence point I was facing. This lethargic/sleepy experience also happened before - although not necessarily as this particular case of studying Desteni materials. A thought ‘tired’ – one singular word – came into my mind. I applied self-forgiveness. Later I began to struggle to keep myself awake and I had a strong desire to lie down on the couch in my office to have a rest – that’s also when the thoughts of ‘I have to take a nap on the couch’ and ‘I have lie down on the couch’ etc came up into my mind. I also applied SF on them. As I continued to read I dropped into this experience again – my head started to become heavy, the reading became stagnant and ineffective and I just wanted to close my eyes and sleep. I closed my eyes and struggled to open them up several times – each time I was experiencing myself to be like in a dreaming state with pictures or segments of scenarios playing out in my mind. I had the thoughts ‘I can no longer keep myself awake’ and ‘I can’t win the battle if I fight with my mind’ somewhere in between those experiences as wanting to give into this experience. I did not go lie down on the couch and sleep as I did sometimes before. OK. So this is what I am going to work on in this assignment.

Components I'll be working with:

Thought: I have to take a nap on the couch.

Emotions and Feelings: Lethargy/sleepiness

Words: Lethargy/sleepiness

Pictures: The picture of me lying on the couch comfortably and sleep

Memories: The memory in essence is the same as the picture as Sleeping on the couch experience – just in a different place.

The Thought worksheet:

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe in energy fluctuations instead of realizing that who I am is constant – no fluctuation in any way whatsoever.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that highs and lows as energy fluctuations that I experienced to be real instead of realizing that they are of consciousness and only exist within my mind.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to make energy fluctuations real through believing in them.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be directed and controlled by energy fluctuations and go into the experiences of highs and lows/ups and downs – instead of me directing myself and expressing myself as who I am here as the breath of life.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define myself according to and as energy fluctuations and thus make them real.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe energy fluctuations actually exist.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to feel depleted.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I am able to be depleted instead of realizing that the experience of depletion is actually me allowing my mind to suppress who I am as LIFE.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe energy depletion to be real and thus experience it through my acceptance and allowance of such a belief.

I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that energy exists through my belief in thoughts and then manifest and experience thoughts – which is energy.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate in the construct of energy.

I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that energy is a construct of consciousness and is not who I really am as LIFE.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be directed by energy instead of standing as the self-directive-principle in my world.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to abdicate self-responsibility through give permission for energy to manifest in my world creating my experience in my world to tell me how I must experience, who and what I must be, how I must act etc.

I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to express me as LIFE of oneness and equality as who I am.

Self-Corrective-Statements:

I accept and realize that energy is the experience of a thought – when I think a thought, I believe that thought to be me, I then manifest and experience that thought through voicing that thought and then I experience the ‘energy’ of that thought.

I accept and realize that ‘energy’ is when a system and me come together as one and I think I am that system, I give power to that system and I experience that system – that’s what ‘energy’ is.

I do not accept and allow myself to define myself according to thoughts/systems.

I do not accept and allow myself to believe thoughts/systems to be who I am.

I do not accept and allow myself to give power to thoughts/systems – creating and manifesting them in the form of energy.

I accept and allow myself to take self-responsibility to stop giving my power away to thoughts/systems.

I accept and allow myself to stand up and take my power back from thoughts/systems.

I accept and allow myself to honor who I am as the breath of LIFE – rather than honoring thoughts/systems.

I do not accept and allow myself to be mind-controlled through believing thoughts/systems to be who I am and acting upon them.

I do not accept and allow thoughts to tell me who I am, how I must experience myself, what I should do and how I should do.

I accept and realize that participation in thoughts/act of thinking is not an indication of me being alive – and that within participation of thinking I am creating and manifesting my experience in this world and for the rest of humanity.

I do not accept and allow myself to believe that if I have thoughts running in my mind/participate in thinking then I am alive – that is not being alive.

I do not accept and allow thoughts and energy to manifest in my world creating my experience in my world to tell me how I must experience, who and what I must be, how I must act etc.

I accept and allow myself to live here as the breath of life – being here as self-presence and self-awareness within and as everything I touch: “Here I am” – here.

I accept and allow myself to apply self-forgiveness to assist me to discharge of the already placed and manifested thoughts in this world and to release the enslavement and control of the thoughts, as well as the emotions and feelings that I have allowed within me.

I accept and realize that I will still be able to communicate and speak with other human beings the moment the silence within me exist, where only who I am remain as the breath of life, remaining silent and here with all that surrounds me.

I accept and realize that what will change is the experience of who I am – the words I speak, how I experience and express myself will come from within me, as me as one with who I am which I live and breathe in every moment as I remain here as who I am.

I do not accept and allow myself to believe that without thoughts/the act of thinking I am not able to function effectively in this world such as communication/participation in activities in my world or that I must become dumb/stupid/idiotic/dysfunctional within stopping thoughts/the act of thinking.

I accept and allow myself to be more effective and expressive within my participation in my world within the process of stopping thoughts/act of thinking.

I accept and allow myself to take responsibility to stop thoughts/act of thinking within my mind through self-forgiveness.

I accept and realize that energy is a construct of consciousness and is not real and that it only exists in the mind – who I am and the expression of me is not dependent on energy.

I do not accept and allow myself to believe energy to be real.

I do not accept and allow myself to be dependent on energy to experience myself.

I do not accept and allow energy fluctuations to tell me who I am, how I should experience myself, what I should experience, what I should do etc.

I accept and allow myself to stand as the self-directive-principle in my world.

I accept and realize that when I experience fluctuation, I am participating in energy, because who I am is constant, stable – only energy fluctuates.

I do not accept and allow myself to believe in energy fluctuations.

I do not accept and allow myself to participate in energy fluctuations.

I do not accept and allow myself to go into the experience of highs and lows/ups and downs of energy fluctuations – that’s not who I am.

I accept and allow myself to live who I am here as the constancy and stability as the breath of life without energy fluctuations.

Re-scripture of the practical solution for the trigger point

When I experience myself as being lethargic/sleepy, I stop and breathe and realize that it is of my mind and is not real. If necessary, speak self-forgiveness/self-statement aloud to stop this experience of energy fluctuation. If it continues, take some physical actions, such as jumping up and down or using some water to wash my face – actions that can shake this lethargic experience off.

The Emotion and Feeling Worksheet:

Self-Forgiveness on emotion/feeling:

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate in the emotion of lethargy/sleepiness.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that the experience of lethargy/sleepiness is real.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to go into the emotional experience of lethargy/sleepiness because I wanted to hide/escape from facing myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to use lethargy/sleepiness as a means to hide/escape from facing myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want to give into the experience of lethargy/sleepiness so that I do not have to face myself.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to realize that lethargy/sleepiness in this particular case is the mechanism of my mind to protect its existence – it is me as the mind manipulating so that I do not have to face myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be dishonest with myself through giving into the experience of lethargy/sleepiness in order to avoid facing my transcendent point so that I can continue my self-dishonest existence of/as the mind – instead of facing myself Here and transcend the point that I am facing and no longer allow myself to continue to exist as a slave to my mind.

I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that when I give into the experience of lethargy/sleepiness and actually sleep on the couch – I am actually charging and boosting up my mind to apparently compensate the depletion that I experienced.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to connect the emotion of lethargy/sleepiness to the thought ‘I have to go to take a nap on the couch’.

Self-Corrective Statements:

I accept and realize that the lethargy/sleepiness is actually the mechanism of my mind to protect its existence – it is me as the mind manipulating so that I do not have to face myself/my transcendent point and can continue my self-dishonest existence of/as the mind– thus giving into this experience is deliberately self-dishonest.

I do not accept and allow myself to be controlled/directed by the experience of lethargy/sleepiness.

I do not accept and allow myself to give into the experience of lethargy/sleepiness.

I do not accept and allow myself to fall for the trick/manipulation of myself of/as the mind as the experience of lethargy/sleepiness.

I do not accept and allow myself to escape myself/my transcendent point through giving into/falling for the mind trick of lethargy/sleepiness.

I accept and allow myself to take self-responsibility and face myself Here and transcend the point that I am facing to no longer allow myself to continue to exist as a slave to my mind of self-dishonesty.

I accept and realize that when I give into the experience of lethargy/sleepiness and actually sleep on the couch – I am actually recharging/rejuvenating/boosting up my mind to apparently compensate the depletion that I experienced, which gives my mind power and control to enslave me.

I do not accept and allow myself to give into the experience of lethargy/sleepiness and actually go sleep on the couch when my mind tells me to through thoughts in my mind.

I do not accept and allow myself to recharge/rejuvenate/boost up my mind through giving into the lethargy/sleepiness and actually go sleep on the couch.

I do not accept and allow myself to follow what my mind tells me that I am sleepy/lethargic and that I must go sleep on the couch.

I do not accept and allow myself to give my mind power and control to enslave me.

I do not accept and allow myself to believe that depletion actually exists.

I do not accept and allow myself to believe that I need to compensate depletion through going to sleep on the couch when my mind uses that opportunity to recharge/rejuvenate/boost up itself to enslave who I am - self-enslavement.

I do not accept and allow myself to give my mind the opportunity to recharge/rejuvenate/boost up itself to enslave who I am.

New definition of the word lethargy: the experience of/through the mind as being of less energy, which is not real but can be perceived to be real through one’s own acceptance and allowance of belief in thoughts/systems/mind.

The Pictures Work-Sheet

The picture of me lying on the couch comfortably and sleep: There is a couch in our office. It is rather comfortable although pretty ragged. In the middle of this picture is just this chair while I am lying on the couch sleeping comfortably. My head is on the armrest on the left side of the picture – my feet on the right side.

Self-Forgiveness:

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed the picture that I am lying on the couch sleeping comfortably with my head on the armrest on the left while my feet on the right – to exist within and as me.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to connect the words comfort, rest, relax, sleep, attraction to the picture of me lying on the couch sleeping comfortably.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to connect the words comfort, rest, relax, sleep, attraction within the picture of me lying on the couch sleeping comfortably.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from the words comfort, rest, relax, sleep, attraction through defining them within the picture of me lying on the couch sleeping comfortably – in separation of myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to charge a positive value to the picture of me lying on the couch sleeping comfortably.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge the picture as good/positive/right.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to follow what a picture within my mind tells me to do.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be directed by a picture and the energy attached to the picture instead of standing as the self directive principle in my world.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to connect the picture of me lying on the couch comfortably sleeping to the thought of ‘I have to take a nap on the couch’.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed the thought ‘I have to take a nap on the couch’ to exist as a trigger point within me – triggering the picture of me lying on the couch comfortably together with the positive energetic charge that I have attached to the picture.

Self-Corrective Statements:

I accept and realize that the picture of me lying on the couch sleeping comfortably together with the positive charge that I attached to this picture is not who I am and that within following what this picture presents and the energy attached to it, I am actually falling for the manifestation of the original thought ‘I have to take a nap on the couch’ – which is done from the starting point of escaping/avoiding to face myself/my transcendent point.

I accept and realize that it is not that there is something ‘wrong’ with sleeping on the couch comfortably – it is being directed by a picture and energy in the manifestation of a thought instead of me directing myself that is the problem.

I do not accept and allow myself to be directed by a picture within my mind telling me what to do.

I do not accept and allow myself to be directed by the energy attached to a picture telling me what to do.

I do not accept and allow myself to be dependent on thought/picture/energy to experience myself and do what I do.

I do not accept and allow myself to believe in what a picture and energy presents within my mind telling me what to do.

I accept and allow myself to stand as the self directive principle – me directing me – not being directed by thoughts/pictures/energy.

Re-scripture:

When the thought ‘I have to take a nap on the couch’ come up into my mind, I stop and breathe. I do not accept myself to go into my mind participating in this picture, imagining how comfortable and attractive it is to lie down on the couch and just sleep. Even if the picture comes up, I stop and breathe through the energetic charge if any. I do not allow myself to follow and be directed by the energy.

The memory is in essence the same as the picture.

Self-Forgiveness on Judgment of the System

Note: The following self-forgiveness is based on an article published on my Chinese blog on October 11, 2009, which I am now moving here to this English blog.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to judge the system as bad.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to charge the word system with a negative value.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from the system through judging the system as bad.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to fear the system.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to connect the system to fear - and thus I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear my own fear.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to abdicate self-responsibility - abdicating responsibility for what i have accepted and allowed myself to be and become as the system.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to judge nature, the animal kingdom, and the physical manifested universe as being bad/worthless/useless because we are currently in the system and from my idea/perception/belief that the system is bad, i was judging all and everything in this world as bad.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from nature, animal kingdom, the physical manifested universe through judging them as bad.

I forgive myself that i have not allowed myself to realize that what makes a difference is whether we are of the system or not, not whether we are in the system (actually everything is in the system).

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to judge nature/animal kingdon/the physical manifested universe merely because they are in the system instead of realizing that nature/animal kingdom/the physical manifested universe has stood up within oneness and equality, taking responsibility for what has been accepted and allowed, and that the only manifestation that has not yet stood up as Life as all as one as equal is human beings who are trapped in the mind consciousness systems which human beings have perceived/believed to be who we are.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to perceive/believe that since the whole physical universe is the manifestation of the mind consciousness system, the whole physical universe deserves to be destroyed.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to justify the destruction of the physical manifested universe.

I forgive myself that i have not allowed myself to realize my oneness and equality with nature/animal kingdom/the manifested physical universe, and i forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to take the manifested physical universe for granted.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to believe that destroying the world is a solution.

I forgive mself that i have accepted and allowed myself to be trapped by perceptions/ideas/beliefs based on the mind consciousness system.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to judge who i am one and equal with the manifestd physical universe simply because we are currently system manifestations.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to judge myself for me in the system instead of realizing that what makes a difference is whether i am of the system or not.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to desire to separate myself from what i have accepted and allowed myself to be and become as a mind consciousness system.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to take the unconditional assistance and support from nature/animal kingdom/the manifeseted physical universe for granted.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to disregard all and everything in this world, instead of realizing that i have disregarded myself as Life.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from Life as who i really am as all as one as equall as the living word as the sound harmonic expression.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to take myself for granted.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to judge animals to be stupid or dumb, perceiving myself to be superior/smart/intelligent, perceiving/believing that animals do not understand oneness and equality.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to justify killing/murdering animals. It is unacceptable!

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to exist in self-rightousness, superiority, and arrogance. Unacceptable!

Be in the system yet not of the system! Stand up, take self-responsibility, live who i really am as Life as all as one as equal as the living word as the sound harmonic expression.

No more judgment of nature/animal kingdom/the manifested physical universe!

No more separation from nature/animal kingdom/the manifested physical universe!

No more separation from that which stands as who i really am as Life as all as one as equal!

I am here assisting and supporting myself to be/live one and equal with nature/animal kingdom/the physical manifested universe!

I am here assisting and supporting myself as the breath of Life as Life as all as one as equal as the living word as the sound harmonic expression!

self-forgivess on Trust

Osho: Trust is Not Transferable

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qWwMwE_phOE

Note: The following self-forgiveness was published on my Chinese blog on October 11, 2009, which I am now moving here to this English blog.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to define myself according to knowledge and information, instead of living that which i have realized one and equal as myself, manifesting myself as the realization.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to i have to remeber the realization in order to not forget it, instead of realizing that the reason i am able to forget is because i am existing in separation from that which i am trying to remember with my mind instead of actually living the realization.

I forgive myself that i have not allowed myself to live one and equal the realization through physical application, manifesting myself as that which i have realized one and equal as myself, thus not being able to forget what i have realized and also no need for memoring the realization as merely knowledge and information.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to base my trust on my past moments according to specific applications that i feel effective, instead of trusting myself here in the moment -- a brand new moment, no attachment to the past moments.

I forgive myself that i have not allowed myself to see with common sense that if i am here in the moment completely, i can not have any attachment to the past moments that i have experienced -- i am entirely here in this new moment honouring who i really am in this entirely brand-new moment.

I forgive myself that i have not allowed myself to realize that the past moment has already passed, and i am now in the brand new moment, why would i allow myself to still be attached that which has already passed while not honouring myself here in this new moment?

I forgive myself that i have not allowed myself to realize that the power is here in this moment and when i participate in my mind and hold onto attachments towards the past moments, i am only missing the moment that is here, not completely being here honouring the moment making the fullest use of the moment here.

I forgive myself that ihave not allowed myself to see with common sense that when i am here why do i have the need to be attached to the past moments?

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from my past realizations that is of common sense.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to judge my past, fear my past, perceive/believe that i must separate myself from my past in order to be self-honest.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to believe that my past realizations are completely useless and that i must do exactly the opposite in order to become self-honest.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to abdicate self-trust that i have built and self-realizations from my past experiences.

I forgive myself that i have not allowed myself to define self-trust according to the past moments instead of realizing self-trust can only exist in every moment -- every moment is a new moment, I am here in the moment then i apply what is here in the moment. I do not accept myself to be defined by my past.

I am not past-defined. I am here in the moment as the moment as breath. I am brand new in every moment. I trust myself as every moment. I am not past-defined. My application is in every moment as every moment as self-trust. No attachment to the past!

I am here! I am here! I am the moment! I am in every moment! I express myself as every brand new moment! I honour myself in every new moment! I trust myself as every new moment!

I forgive myself that i have not allowed myself to be clear with my starting point of participating in class.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to form the ideat that Chinese students have the tendency to not participate in class.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to perceive myself to be sepcial if i particpate in class asking answering questions or pointing out mistakes of the professor.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to use my participation in class to support my personality design instead of speaking the words/communicating one and equal as me.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to feel special when i participate in class because all other Chinese students dare not to do this.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to desire to feel special about myself and prove that i am special or superior.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to participate in competition with other Chinese students.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to want impress the students and professors while participating in class, only supporting my own self-definition.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to perceive that i have been so suppressed all these years in class that i place much value/worth in participation in class.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to place muchh value/worth in participation in class.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to regard participation in class to be very special/brave/difficult/challenging and feel nervous/anxious when i participate.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to design an idea of me as being out of the box, feeling superior/good about myself.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to participate in class with the desire that other students notice me and regard me to be special/smart/clever/brave/different/profound.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to desire to get attention from other students and the professor.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to desire to present myself as being iintelligent/smart/clever/insightful/superior when i participate in class.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to desire a specific outcome when i participate in class instead of simply me being here communicating as myself.

I forgive myself that i have not allowed myself to participate in class with the starting point of assisting and supporting myself to stop programs within me.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to feel anxious/nerous when i participate in class because i placed too much value/worth in such an action and desire a specific outcome.

I frogive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to exist in anticipation/expectation and desire to present myself.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to be concerned with whether i am doing good/right, what is my performance etc.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to be concerned with my performance when i participate in class instead of realizing that this indicates i am placing value/worth in what other people think about me which is actually supporting the self-image i hold of myself.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to hold a self-image of myself which i expect/desire other people to believe in or buy.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to fear that i may be judged as being stupid if i dare to ask some "stupid" questions or answer incorrectly where i may be judged as being stupid.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to fear that i may ask trivial questions which can not show my profoundness.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to build my self-image as being knowlegable/smart/clever/profound and fear that i may not be able to present my self-image in such a way successfully. Holy Fuck!

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to be directed by a self-image instead of me directing myself.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to move accroding to my self-image, being controlled/enslaved by such a self-image.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to become a slave to a self-image.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to live for my self-image, an idea of myself which i present myself as which is not real.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to move according to programs/ideas/perceptions/beliefs within me instead of me moving myself/expressing myself as who i really am unconditionally.

I forgive myself that i have allowed myself to realize what unconditional self-expression_r means and what self-movement means.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to fear that i may behave stupid which will my self-image as being smart/clever/profound.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to become a slave to a picture within my mind which i hold as who i am.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to desire other students to worship me or admire me.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to desire to impress the professor.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to feel uncomfortable/anxious/upset after i have answered a question/asked a question/pointed out a mistake because i am concerned with my performance and with what other people may think about me.

i forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to replay the scene that has just happened in my mind and feel that it is difficult to feel peaceful.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to feel distrubed when i participated in class.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to go up in my mind after i participated in class, replaying the scene again and again, not being able to hear what the professor is talking about.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to be intimidated to participate in class.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to fear that i may make mistakes in participation in class, and fear being judged.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to judge myself for participating in the class fearing that i may not be behaving well enough.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to participate with a certain expectation that the professor will notice me.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to be concerned with how i can find an advisor to get into a research group.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to give my power away to what i am facing/dealing with/handling, separating myself from the situation.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to fear other people may be judging my Englihs pronunciation.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to judge my English pronuciation.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to feel bad that my pronunciation of the stress of words is incorrect.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to fear to make mistakes.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to feel stressed out withh how to find an advisor.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to desire that everything will turn out naturally solved without any effort.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to fear that i may not be able to find an advisor.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to fear that Verbarschot may backbite me so that i may lose all the opportunities of finding an advisor.

Till Here no further! Stop!

I stop anticipation/expectation of presenting myself according to my self-image within participation in class.

I stop my self-image through my mind as an idea/perception/believe of who i am.

I stop desiring to get attention from the students and professor.

I stop existing in stress/anxiety about finding an advisor.

Till here no further.

I am here as breath as Life as all as one as equal as the living word as the sound harmonic expression_r. I direct. I move. I am self-commitment. I am self-dedication. I am nature. I am earth. I am my human physical body.
